Was feeling out of it earlier this week, didn’t work out at all yesterday but today I made up for it. Just got back from my workout and I have that nice sore/fatigue feeling in pretty much whole body. The workout monday and tuesday was more cardio focus so tonight I felt I needed to work some muscle. I did squats, deadlifts, incline bench, decline bench, bicep curls, and skull crushers. Oh yeah for fun a held a plank while doing rows. Good core workout. Wanted to hit every muscle at least once, I think I accomplished that.
Now I’m enjoying a nice ON vanilla shake and watching the idiot box.
