Was feeling out of it earlier this week, didn’t work out at all yesterday but today I made up for it.  Just got back from my workout and I have that nice sore/fatigue feeling in pretty much whole body.  The workout monday and tuesday was more cardio focus so tonight I felt I needed to work some muscle.  I did squats, deadlifts, incline bench, decline bench, bicep curls, and skull crushers. Oh yeah for fun a held a plank while doing rows.  Good core workout.  Wanted to hit every muscle at least once, I think I accomplished that. 

Now I’m enjoying a nice ON vanilla shake and watching the idiot box.

Good results

I don’t know how good I have been doing but I do know that I feel much better than I have in the past and my blood pressure has been doing great. 

I also like that people seem to notice the work I’ve been doing.  More then once I have had both men and women have felt the need to make comments on how I look. :)

But now the bad part, I’ve been really tempted to start cheating on my diet.  Not sure what to do to prevent the temptation, I’ve been really good but now I’m feeling a bit relaxed in my will power.  I hate to lose what I’ve done.

Deviled Eggs

I came across this recipe for deviled eggs. Haven’t tried it yet…but will be since we will have 2 dz hardboiled eggs sitting around after Sunday.

Cut eggs in half, throw out the egg yolk (I’ll feed them to my dogs), fill with hummus and sprinkle with paprika.  This sounds simple enough and actually should taste pretty good.
