great workout day.
Ran 6 miles earlier today, it is a nice route, we call it 7 little hills. I’ve never counted but it seems like more then 7 and by the time I climb the last one it doesn’t seem so little. LOL. I ran with two friends, one is going to Boston later this month. This will be his second trip. He is a marathon king, he has run a marathon in every state plus DC. I’ve only have done one marathon, that was enough. Having accomplished that is definitely a good feeling, but I don’t think I will do another one. Right now I’m content with running 1/2 marathons. That is the perfect distance for me, it gives me good cardio training. Add the lifting that I’m doing now and I’m feeling really good.
Tonight got a real good chest and back in. I like two workouts in one day. I wish I had time to do a cardio and lift everyday.
I just finished a protein/creatine shake and enjoying the fatigued muscles, going to watch some TV then head to bed.

Great job, keep it up! I used to run xcountry and I trained with a friend who does Boston every time, (or at least used to). I’m going to incorporate more running into my training again, (I miss it!). Thanks for your encouragement!
