I took my body measurements today. In the past I didn’t watch the videos for the proper way to take measurements. So now if you look at my stats, parts that were suppose to be getting bigger have gotten smaller and parts that I wanted smaller (hips) have gotten bigger.
I have to note that since I started lifting and eating better I’m wearing pants that are 3 sizes smaller so I’m not too worried about the hips. But seeing my biceps drop almost an inch, that was killer to my ego!
