Rough but good cardio workout today. Ran at the rec center with two friends. We would run 1 3/4 lap at 90 second pace, then jog 1 1/4 lap at 90 second pace. Did this 9 times then did a 2 lap cool down. Worked out to around 4.4 miles. Finished 6 hours ago and I’m feeling it now. Legs ok, just feeling worn out, but a good worn out.
Tomorrow is my Abs/Arms/Legs.
