I'm with you on the red wine. My wife and I love it. I used to drink beer and gave it up (well not entirely. It's hard to tailgate with wine with the guys) last February. No beer, drinking red wine, and I lost 12 lbs in 3 months. This was before I was serious about my training. I want to cut out the wine during the week. But, when you have one of those days at work, it's tough.

Looks like you have MILF status

You look like you are right on track and if you are losing the weight than it doesn't sound too bad. I would definitely place you on the MILF list, but you have to make the list in your own eyes. It does look like your husband is one lucky guy. By the way, what tanner are you using? I couldn't even tell, I thought it was from the sun.

Amen, I dropped 3" off my waist cutting down to a couple beers on the weekend. And I do mean a couple, like 2 to be exact. I am not even going there now and I can see the sixer again. I should be at 8 in a couple weeks!

Aloha,
Don

Booze inhibits so many positive processes in the body its not even funny. I miss sipping Balvenie 21 and still do...but on rare occassions.

That is funny, first time I have seen that. But that is my goal too. Not really concerned whether it turns into a six pack I just want to get rid of the keg.

Hi,

It's not that your body wants fried cheese, it's that it's saying don't put that chemical crap in my body. The combinations and the quality of the ingredients in the supplements could also be what is giving your GI tract fits. Not only that, If you rely on fat burners to get fit and lean then you will be dependent on them. I would not let any of my friends or girlfriends take them. That is not a very good long-term way to look good (your photo does look good, but you know what I mean).

What I said above is what I have learned first hand after dumping tons of $$$$ on things that didn't help me reach my goals. A good approach is to
start with one at a time to see what actually helps your body out. If you take 10 different things out of the box then you can't expect to be doing anything than sitting on the toilet all of the time!

Quality whole foods that are high is fiber are best to get ripped.
