giving up the booze makes a flatter stomach
i have to admit…my husband and i def. like our booze. i usually could do some serious damage on a bottle of red wine (it’s healthy, right??!) on a nightly basis. although i wasn’t gaining weight, i wasn’t losing it either - in the back of my mind i thought the alcohol could be sabotaging me… but dr’s orders "no booze" for 2 weeks in prep. for surgery… and you know what… my stomach is feeling oh so flat & my scale tells me i’m 3lbs lighter!!

Booze inhibits so many positive processes in the body its not even funny. I miss sipping Balvenie 21 and still do…but on rare occassions.

Amen, I dropped 3" off my waist cutting down to a couple beers on the weekend. And I do mean a couple, like 2 to be exact. I am not even going there now and I can see the sixer again. I should be at 8 in a couple weeks!
Aloha,

You look like you are right on track and if you are losing the weight than it doesn’t sound too bad. I would definitely place you on the MILF list, but you have to make the list in your own eyes. It does look like your husband is one lucky guy. By the way, what tanner are you using? I couldn’t even tell, I thought it was from the sun.

I’m with you on the red wine. My wife and I love it. I used to drink beer and gave it up (well not entirely. It’s hard to tailgate with wine with the guys) last February. No beer, drinking red wine, and I lost 12 lbs in 3 months. This was before I was serious about my training. I want to cut out the wine during the week. But, when you have one of those days at work, it’s tough.
Looks like you have MILF status
