ARG!
So, this week, so far, has been a pretty good week. I have been doing good on my eating healthy, only one slip, which is better than my daily slip ups. I am making progress! Today my body is begging for a nap, too bad! ARG! I am going to grit my teeth and get in my 4 miles! HOORA! I will get my cardio in today. I also have to study for an anatomy quiz and go to class, and pick my kid up from school, but I WILL get er done! Today is weigh in day and picture day, I am really hoping that pics this week are better than last week, I really would like to have the confidence to post some today.
