Here we go…
So I have decided this week I am going to change up a few things (due to my extreme lack of progress last week). This week I am going to change my diet completely, quit rewarding myself for working out with food. (Thanks Sparkie!) I have been really good today, eating pretty clean I would say, no junk snacks! Those are my weakness!! I am figuring that I have been really good about getting my cardio and strength workouts so there is only one place left for improvment… so long JUNK FOOD!!! Hopefully this mind set will stick… we will see

Good Luck! A healthy treat: mix fat free cool whip with some smashed strawberries. Put it in a bread container (lined with foil) and freeze it! then cut into cake pieces!
Or don’t freeze it and eat it as is
