Mixed Feelings….

I am not sure how I feel about gaining a pound this week. I know I have been doing really good with my cardio, and I have been doing great with my weight training, but I really did not want to put on another pound. I wonder if it is because I am gaining muscle mass. I don’t see the muscle mass gain, but I am sure it is there because I have been able to increase the amount of weight I am lifting. BAH! Like I said…. Mixed feelings!

    I have gained weight recently, but not size with my measurements. Building the muscle has positive long term effects. First and foremost, muscle is beautiful! It burns calories even when you not doing anything, and it makes you stronger. When I was concerned about gaining weight a good friend asked me this, "do you want to look like a marathon runner or a sprinter? The difference is the muscle they build"
