So, this week, so far, has been a pretty good week. I have been doing good on my eating healthy, only one slip, which is better than my daily slip ups. I am making progress! Today my body is begging for a nap, too bad! ARG! I am going to grit my teeth and get in my 4 miles! HOORA! I will get my cardio in today. I also have to study for an anatomy quiz and go to class, and pick my kid up from school, but I WILL get er done! Today is weigh in day and picture day, I am really hoping that pics this week are better than last week, I really would like to have the confidence to post some today.

So I have decided this week I am going to change up a few things (due to my extreme lack of progress last week). This week I am going to change my diet completely, quit rewarding myself for working out with food. (Thanks Sparkie!) I have been really good today, eating pretty clean I would say, no junk snacks! Those are my weakness!! I am figuring that I have been really good about getting my cardio and strength workouts so there is only one place left for improvment… so long JUNK FOOD!!! Hopefully this mind set will stick… we will see

I am not sure how I feel about gaining a pound this week. I know I have been doing really good with my cardio, and I have been doing great with my weight training, but I really did not want to put on another pound. I wonder if it is because I am gaining muscle mass. I don’t see the muscle mass gain, but I am sure it is there because I have been able to increase the amount of weight I am lifting. BAH! Like I said…. Mixed feelings!

OH my WORKOUT GOD! Tonight was leg night and I swear I feel like I am going to THROW UP!!! I worked my legs to the absolute max! It feels so good though, sick right? I can already tell they are going to hurt tomorrow. I am really proud of myself for sticking with this so far. I really want to make a life change. I want to keep up with this. I WANT IT BAD!
