On track…now it’s time for cardio!
The diet is on track, I’ve lost 11lbs in 3 weeks without cardio, but now it’s time to start the hard work!
I’m off for my first run…if you don’t hear back from me soon call an ambulance! I’ll be running by a graveyard…just for convenience sake if I should happen to drop dead.
If I somehow make it through I plan on starting a light lifting routine today as well. If anyone has any suggestions, I’m all ears (and ass, and belly, etc…)

In the newest issue of Muscle and fitness they have a great begining lifting program! Have a great run, remember to enjoy it!
