    all that stuff, but it sure is infomational..I learned a lot and will incorporate some of it into my fitness regimen…

    Hey MJ,

    Great work! Also it is an excellent idea that you have started a web page or service for people just getting into figure because so many people do ask and it takes up your time to provide all that information. I really like your transformation photos too. What type of cardio and how long are you doing it? Today I am doing interval style cardio. I find that when I do that I need to get some help (a coach) because I wont go as hard on my sprints as I should LOLOL…I suppose one of the things about being successful at reaching your goals is knowing your weak points (such as going easy on sprints) and then getting help to correct them.
