					<description>This is so interesting. Funny, I had cut out alot of cereal from my diet to keep carbs low. But recently, I decided to go back to one of my favorites, Shredded Wheat, and considered it a 'cheat'. But I felt great, it was satisfying, and it well, did the obvious. It has been helping me more than I knew, I suppose. Very informative!

I've looked at your progress pictures and you look FABULOUS! I can wait until I am all lean and tight!</description>
