Oooh Hams!
Today cardio hour uphill treadmill. Maintaining HRT aboout 65-70%. Then posing posing and posinglater in the afternoon. Then my husband showed up and we did hams. OUCH. We ran bleachers for my 2nd cardio about 30min. Intense hit them and we were done. I am pooped. Diet was on point today. had CARBS hmmm. Shreaded wheat and sweet potato. hmmmm. ! I weighed in this morning at 141lb. 2 lbs. less than last week.YEAH! Halla back if you like
