Totals 1444 F-26 C-97 P- 196

carbs came out to be perfect..but protein deficient…..protein was supposed to be 240 ….deficient..

Total calories was less too..

SHoulders and Back day..but in the middle, some creepy guys started to scare me so I went and did some intense cardio for 30 mins……ahh..I shud avoid evenings and just stick to morning workouts…lots of water..also went to work today (basically just stand there lol, easiest job ever!)

Nutrition for Aug 21st- Week 1, day 2

I need to write this down right now, so i dont mess  up tommorow…

I have a CPR training tommorow, so its going to be hard. I am thinking, I should make some chicken sandwiches on crispy bread and take them

I will be leaving very early, but i need to eat…

5 am- make 4 chicken sandwiches.. and eat em in 3 hr intervals..problem solved. I dont know when to take my fat supplements though..argh.
