Something I’m learning very slowly…beauty really isn’t about numbers, and inches and pounds; its about love. Self-love may be the greatest and most important love that someone ever experiences. But for so many, including myself, self-love seems so elusive, and its so much harder to grasp than I ever expected. But I have learned that self-love should and MUST come first. Its not selfish or self-indulgent. Its not about being egotistical nor greedy. Its simply about being nice to yourself. So go ahead, love yourself, be good to yourself, treat yourself well and replenish yourself.

I’m a winner. I’m creative, persistent and optimistic. I have an eye for challenge and the thirst for victory. I’m fast to grab opportunities and have a burning drive to succeed. I’m alive and my sole purpose in life is to live. And I AM beautiful, so really, whats not to love? =)

I HATE the scale. But I wanted one of those pretty little charts on my page so I HAD to weigh myself!
I’m having a bad day today! I’m definitely feeling the diet and the early morning 60 minute cardio sessions. Its the middle of week two and I’m really emotional =/ Although I think I can attribute my mixed feelings to other things…but whatever. I just need to get through this week, stick to my plan, and keep my head up….right??
