Getting Easier
The last couple of days I’ve found that my cardio is getting easier for me to do. What I mean by that is that I don’t sit there and countdown every second until it’s over. I’ve actually been pushing myself to do more than normal. Hope this continues so that I can enjoy doing cardio. Still have a problem being motivated to get to the gym and workout, but once on the treadmill the time goes by faster! Not seeing as quick of results as I wanted, but hanging in there.
