Welcome!
Well, here is to new beginnings. I’m mostly using this for personal reasons to journal my actions and thoughts along the way. I started by checking out articles on here about supplements, moved to weight/fat loss, from there I went to the motivational stories and now here I am setting up my bodyspace page and bodyblog. My boyfriend and I decided after our summer of softball we would finally have time to go to the gym. We pushed back our starting day by 2 weeks, but yesterday was our first day. We are no strangers to the gym, been there before on a off and on basis. Last year I got serious about working out and dieting for about 3 or 4 months, but then stopped and gained back the 25 pounds I had lost. I was thinking about doing the South Beach diet like last year because I really saw results, but then I keep reading and the clean eating so I figured I would give it a try since it can be something your keep up the rest of your life. Right now trying to start eating 6 meals a day and healthy foods. Lots of fruits and veggies along with meat occasional grains.
