Weight Loss and blood pressure
After three months of working out on my own it’s time for a trainer. My weight loss has been very slow and at times frustrating, but I know it is the correct way of doing it. I’ve lost lots of inches which is the most important factor and I see a change in my body. My goal is to gain muscle and my weight loss to be permanent once I reach my goal. I’m at 203 and hopefully by the end of next week I will be under 200. That will be a milestone for me I haven’t been there in a couple of years. I am no longer taking blood pressure medication, as it seems I no longer need it. I’ve been taking blood pressure medication for 15 years and after just three months of working out, I realized I no longer need it. My pressure is finally normal.

Good for you. It’s amazing how exercise can make you and keep you healthy.
I had a personal trainer for a while and they are well worth it. Good luck.

I can’t believe it. I started feeling dizzy and my heartrate was so low I monitures my blood pressure for a few days. I finally realized I was filling ill because the blood pressure medications was loweing my blood pressure too much.
I am very nervous and excited at the same time about working with this trainer. Last time I tried to work with a trainer he made me faint. Hopefully this one realizes the shape I am in and will take it easier on me. Feeling sick during a workout is not fun.
