Deadlift

Ok so I used to do snatch and it messed up my lower back so bad that I am unable to perform it temporarily. I need to know some exercises to strengthen my lower back. I can’t do deadlift, and I can barely do bent over rows…

    To be on the safe side i would do hyperextensions and supermans. They will gradually strengthen your back without putting too much stress on it.
