I’m back at 180!!!
After all that hard work, my weight started slowly sneaking back up the scale. It seems like I went from 172 to 180 overnight!!! I can’t take it!! I’m committing to workout 6x a week and get my calories under 1500-1700 and eat every 2-3 hours. I can’t fully express how horrific it feels to be up here again. But I’m NOT going to be here for long. I refuse. My love of the gym has returned and now its time to get my eating back in check.

I know how this feels. It has happened to me several times, but dont make yourself crazy! I am the biggest scale obsessed person I weigh in 3 times a day and I’ve seen my weight increase drastically like that in a day and then just dissapear! Sometimes it water retention or your cycle. I know it sucks to see, but maybe I can suggest my fix.
Get a scale that calculates body fat, water retention and muscle mass..This way you’renot just looking at the lbs. Sometimes they are decieving!!!
PS when I increased 7 lbs after a 3 day vacation I was horrified. Less than a week later it was gone and by the end of the week I was down another 2 lbs. Dont let this set you back it’ll just be worse for you and you’ll add significant weight that isnt just water if you give up now. Keep moving forward!!! Good luck!

PPS My scale is Taylor Lithium Body Fat Scale. Bought it at Target and it was on sale for about 37 dollars!

why would you weight yourself 3 times a day? Wouldnt it be better to not put yourself though that.
Are you guys taking body measurements each week?
What are you workouts like? Are you doing enough cardio?
If you are gaining lean muscle and losing bodyfat and the scale moves up a bit, you are still making process.
