Last week was a great workout week…..I made both of my training sessions and he worked muscles I didn’t know existed. I started this week with a good workout on my own this morning…..I hit the treadmill for 30mins then knocked out some chest press, biceps/triceps curls and lateral pulls.

Ok, it’s been about nine months since my last blog and I haven’t been doing well with my exercising or eating. My weight is now over 200 pounds and I’m tired of it…..I’m basicly starting all over again, but I’m determined to be fit by my 40th birthday. I recently signed up with Bally’s gym and hired a personnal trainner because I need help and can’t do it on my own. Stay tuned…

I know it’s been a long minute since my last blog, but on Sept 16, 2008 my doctor informed me that if I continued my current eating habits, I would definitely be diagnosed with diabetes….and let me tell you…I HATE NEEDLES. Since then I have changed the foods I eat and have loss 7 pounds. But eating has now become is kinda stressful especially when comes to finding something to eat at lunch time at work.

This past week was a good week. I increased my water intake which along with exercise helped me lose 3 pounds!!!!! I’m so happy to finally see some downward movement.

Well, it’s back to work after the holiday weekend. I had a good workout week last week, but I still gained 1 pound and that pissed me off. I know it’s gonna take some time…I didn’t gain this weight overnight, so I can’t expect to lose it overnight. My goal is to kick it into the next gear and really monitor EVERYTHING I put into my mouth.

Happy Friday. I just completed a good workout week and I’m feeling great. I can now fit into my size 14 bootcut blue jean that I haven’t been able to squeeze into in years. Oh yeah…..it’s a good damn day. Holla

I have completed my first week of consisted exercise and have to admit that I feel pretty good. I workout with yoga class Monday and Wenesday and aqua aerobic class Tuesday and Thursday. My plan is to just take is one week at a time. Wish me continued good workout
