Week one back after a month

Okay so I was being treated for a  hairline fracture that turns out that inst the case!! Durrin a months time I managed to bicycle some and walk less at work due to the profile I was on. Durring this time I did gain a few pound about 2-5 lbs which isnt bad at all to me this week Ive been back in the gym every day except for 2 days due to physicals for my new job. Im walking my patrols at work again and well I need new boots lets just say that. Then I joined Team Fitness Poynters also and currently am waiting on my diet and work out routein, I cant wait to see it ugh Im so impatienct.

Now for the new jobs physical heres the deal I had knee problems back in 2005 and the military treated me for it, I didnt know I had to close out the case for it to not follow me any more ( i was a spouse). So the doc here sees it and freaks out and says if I can get a local orthropedic surgeon to clear me then Im golden, So i do just that with the local specialist whom he stated he really trust her opinion. guess not because he sent me back to her 3 other time to have her clear me a diffrent way each time!!!!! Now he is still debating on if he wants to clear me!!!! This is totaly insane in the membrane let me move on already! Ill know what he says Monday and I hope I dont have to go over his head either I should have already had my report date and PCS date for Fort Bragg by now ugh oh well maybe god has something in mind?  We shall seee I guess. Well Im off to the gym going to do some light legs today!!!

More motivation

I actually guggled the idea of not moving to north carolina I knew I love this area with the exception of the traffic. But then I go to work and more bull jidfh! I cant believe it I litteraly am publicly banned from carrying a gallon water jug, beause it makes you peee too much. WTF? no protein, supps this is in a e mail to the whole force of 9 ppl. So this deffinatly put another fire under my booty to get my booty in shape!!! Regardless I have a hurt foot , Im going to doing bicycle ect hard core Im so thorugh with this crap here its beyond rediculous.

Back to bidness, with 56 days in counting?

so im back on track again and super, hella focused. I keep telling my self badge or junk, badge or be lazy ect.. It all could be diffrence of one more drop of sweat. Now the question is how big of a diffrence can you make in body fat, weight, muscle, and over all fitness in 56 days? Im guessing with extreme work outs serious diet a big diffrence. In the morning Im taking progress photos after my work out at the track and then at night after work Im going to do my P90x routeins. So hears to it Im going at this alone in the real but not if I cout this site..

Temporary rut

My job put me in a rut as of this passed wensday im so tired of the BS here But Im over it now and start fresh again Im not waiting untill I wake up the next day I start Midnight tonight beings how im doing a 12 hours shift until 4am sooo yeah im starting now  with the running ect and deffinalty clean eatting again my body feels all out of whack since i havent been eatting like I should ugh. But as long as i know what i have to do to fix it and get back on that train.

I did my 1.5 mile in exactly 20 minuets apprently, I didnt have exact seconds due to my nike pluse watch being unreadable. I got it wet. I did the sit ups no problem, Push ups still suck to my standards but Im doing them. My 300 meter dash I have to have completed in 81 seconds well I got 200 meters instead. I completly agree with the fact that I not having nothing to eat all day yesterday, and being severly depressed with my current work situation, and not finding my proper running shoes had a effect on it. Not to be making excusses or anything. My current job is totally bogus, I am in a small security  force of 9 ppl thats including the new guy that dont start untill next week and our chief and 2 sgt’s. Which I look at them all as babies and unprofessional. Im the only one that really works out for a life style, try to eat healthy and wants to go full on police. So I guess Im an out sider?  Lets leave it at that. I was so stressed out that yesterday I beinged at the end of the day and slept from 6pm till 7am this morning wtf? I cant wait to start fresh and new with some professionals.. I need comrodery, professional courtesy, it seems like they use every little thing to turn around and make you look bad. Im not talking just me. My stupid chief sees it also between his 30+ coffee breaks in a work day. OKAY OKAY OKAY done venting. But today Im starting fresh on my dieting and working out Im going to the track every other day to do my PT test according to regulation. The alternate days Im doing P90x…. Ill be posting some progress photos soon I can see a huge diffrence and ppl dont believe I weight what I say I do any more which is awsome moral boost for me… Sorry for the venting, I kinda had to spit it out there to where no one actually cares and it wont get back to me.. Also I have now exatly 58 more days till I go to Bragg.

Tomarrow starts my 60 days count down.

Well tomarrow July 1st marks day one of the count down! Aug 30th is looking like my report date for the new job so tomarrow starts alot of running time! Ill be running almost every day 6 days a week but diffrent mile stones each day. There will be short distances with high speed and long distances just to get it done. Then once a week Im going to time my self on the run and pt test. Every day Ill be doing push ups and sit ups military style because thats what we call for on the PT testing. My diet will be extremely tight every day from here on out till I report. Tomarrow Ill put out a weight and then my goal weight. Of course I want to report well under 200 lbs. I look decent now and wear a size 14 very well. I know when I fit in these clothes Im considerd THICK not fat any more.  Well any ways thats it ill write details every day for the training and so forth. Also if there is any info on how to improve push ups let me know because ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh thats my worst fear..

Major changes

Okay so today I wore my capri pants size 14 regular! I havent worn those since 2005 and I wore my Fight Chix baby Tshirt I bought at the Arnold this year.I couldnt fit in it then but they bot fit so well today I wore them to my physical today.  The pants were slightly snug but not bad enough to be uncomfertable! I looked in the mirror today at the bathroom and had a double take because I was like woah is that me or is that the mirror?? Im guessing it was maybe the mirror lol lol Well it just gave me more confidence to keep pushing it hard…
