I love it hear so far, I love the police dept. Out of 60 officers there is only 6 women thats counting the Mp’ women also lol

I get to work out in the police dept gym which is not to shabby at all Im actually impressed except there is only one treadmil. My PT test is Oct 2nd if iI dont pass it then I get a retake in 90 days afterwards. My weight feels like its dropped Ive been eatting a whole lot less beings how Im so busy but I wont be able to tell until I buy a new scale mine broke durring the move. Also my car is MIA and I have to hump it 2 miles to the library to do school work.  So Im really getting some PT in I suppose!!! Lets not forget the moving lol . Ill take progress photos soon this week! and update all my stats.

Tomarrow Ill officially be at Fort Bragg permantly, they were not lying saying women are out numbered there. That could be a good thing but Im finiding Im having to adjust to it!!! So Ill write a post when I get there , keep training and do some for me too

So I gained 2 pounds but that is all good, I know it wont be there for long. This week Im going to manage to work out some or a little bit. But right now Im focussing on my apt packing it up and getting ready  to move. I got one and a half bath rooms to clean and pack, along with a walkin closet, bedroom, kitchen, and living room… So yeah I have alot to do this week. I also have to complete and assignment for school today and get ahead for this weekend with 3 due then!!! I cancled my Golds gym membership becaue Im going to be working out on post down there, the gyms there are awsome. then i have a 24 hour gym at my apartment to cover the hours it is closed and if I might add its not a cheesey half A$$ one eiether! I cant wait I cant wait to move and start fresh and clean on a new slate.. My motivation and moral will deffinatly rise once I leave here at this place promise!

so these past two days I have off I rested and napped the whole time, i felt lazy and depressed in a way. But today I feel more energized! I made sure I would sleep in one more day and not work out today either. Well it worked!!! I feel so much better. Also from not on my morning coffee will be a fat burner for that extra boost. Ive also got my orders for my move to Fort Bragg my last day at work here will be Next Thursday wooo hoooooo but Im going to put sick leave in for that day, so Ill be requesting to today.. So all next weekend Ill be looking for my apt, packing up what little stuff I have, getting ahead on schools assignments next weeek end that need to be turned in… Thankfully my momma is comming from Ohio to help me on the move. Its such short notice but Ill get er done the Army trains you well for that…. So todays mission get my I pod ready with tons of blood pumping tunes!!!

Super tired whats my problem

I have been super tired for the past few days and just feel blahhhh today I almost went to the gym but didnt  I dont know what my problem is Im eatting and all.. But I always want a nap at or about 2-3pm. wahts going on here? Any help out there on this?

the kettle bell swing is awsome!! I did it for the first time I used a bell a little bit to heavy but I manage about a total of 60-70 swings I felt it in my lower back some because it is just week. I have notice that weight training like a bodybuilder has created alot of imbalances in me so Im trying to focus on weight training according to my trainers plan then add in stuff like jump rope, kettle bells, box hops and jumps. bosu side to side hops  push ups sit ups ect… I work a huge sweat up today felt great

Whew I didnt gain as much as I thought

I thought i GAINED 10 POUNDS but really found out this morning  its only 5 pounds!!!  Thank goodness!!!!!!! So today Im going to the gym and doing cardio cardio cardio and oh yeah cardio lol One thing is I dont have an I pod of mp3 because I sold them and am waiting on my new cell phone/ mp3 player for my tune! My goal is to get under 200 pounds before i leave to bragg and that is looking like sept 16th now… Keep strong, be tough, and sweat hard every one…

mom is leaving, after givin 10 pounds lol

Okay so my mom and neice visited for two weeks mom cooked every day and I ate at night just before bed because I get off at midnight… You just cant turn down home cooked foods like that lol lol So today they leave and I started cleaning the old system out again and getting back on track… I dont think I totally gained that much weight could just be build up…. I know TMI but the truth. Im totally motivated to drop this weight and get the heck up and on of this extra layer of fat, this job this high cost of living in DC area!!!! Start over in Fort Bragg. Stay tuned
