I fell in love with kettle bells
the kettle bell swing is awsome!! I did it for the first time I used a bell a little bit to heavy but I manage about a total of 60-70 swings I felt it in my lower back some because it is just week. I have notice that weight training like a bodybuilder has created alot of imbalances in me so Im trying to focus on weight training according to my trainers plan then add in stuff like jump rope, kettle bells, box hops and jumps. bosu side to side hopsĀ push ups sit ups ect… I work a huge sweat up today felt great
