Back to bidness, with 56 days in counting?
so im back on track again and super, hella focused. I keep telling my self badge or junk, badge or be lazy ect.. It all could be diffrence of one more drop of sweat. Now the question is how big of a diffrence can you make in body fat, weight, muscle, and over all fitness in 56 days? Im guessing with extreme work outs serious diet a big diffrence. In the morning Im taking progress photos after my work out at the track and then at night after work Im going to do my P90x routeins. So hears to it Im going at this alone in the real but not if I cout this site..
