Tomarrow starts my 60 days count down.
Well tomarrow July 1st marks day one of the count down! Aug 30th is looking like my report date for the new job so tomarrow starts alot of running time! Ill be running almost every day 6 days a week but diffrent mile stones each day. There will be short distances with high speed and long distances just to get it done. Then once a week Im going to time my self on the run and pt test. Every day Ill be doing push ups and sit ups military style because thats what we call for on the PT testing. My diet will be extremely tight every day from here on out till I report. Tomarrow Ill put out a weight and then my goal weight. Of course I want to report well under 200 lbs. I look decent now and wear a size 14 very well. I know when I fit in these clothes Im considerd THICK not fat any more. Well any ways thats it ill write details every day for the training and so forth. Also if there is any info on how to improve push ups let me know because ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh thats my worst fear..
