Well tomarrow July 1st marks day one of the count down! Aug 30th is looking like my report date for the new job so tomarrow starts alot of running time! Ill be running almost every day 6 days a week but diffrent mile stones each day. There will be short distances with high speed and long distances just to get it done. Then once a week Im going to time my self on the run and pt test. Every day Ill be doing push ups and sit ups military style because thats what we call for on the PT testing. My diet will be extremely tight every day from here on out till I report. Tomarrow Ill put out a weight and then my goal weight. Of course I want to report well under 200 lbs. I look decent now and wear a size 14 very well. I know when I fit in these clothes Im considerd THICK not fat any more. Well any ways thats it ill write details every day for the training and so forth. Also if there is any info on how to improve push ups let me know because ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh thats my worst fear..

Okay so today I wore my capri pants size 14 regular! I havent worn those since 2005 and I wore my Fight Chix baby Tshirt I bought at the Arnold this year.I couldnt fit in it then but they bot fit so well today I wore them to my physical today. The pants were slightly snug but not bad enough to be uncomfertable! I looked in the mirror today at the bathroom and had a double take because I was like woah is that me or is that the mirror?? Im guessing it was maybe the mirror lol lol Well it just gave me more confidence to keep pushing it hard…

For the past few days i have felt like crap! Today at the gym it felt like a total lost cause.. So my friend that is a trainer looked at me and asked how I felt cause obviously i looked all wrong lol. I told him ect and he investigated my carbs intake and got mad at me. He said well duh girl you train like a athlete, your getting basically no carbs at all.. So we are going to e tag to get my diet in check.. For what Im doing. I just ate a bunch of carbs no to long ago and now i want to sleep them off. I also have sweet potatoe frys in the oven too.. I hope I feel better when I wake up… But at least I got some calories burned off along with the goo… My strength was way down too as well.. Ill hit you back later and let u know how I feel tomarrow.

I went running today outside track. I ran 3 laps straight then the other 3 I walked a min then ran a minuet. today my 1.5 mile added up to 20:50 and that is a 37 second increase in speed. Taking in accountability It was extremely humid, and I didnt feel well at all I almost didnt make it to the track but I forced my self.. I cant wait to see what other improvments I made.. Also Im 6 pounds from my goal weight of 200 that will be a great mile stone to hit and Ill deffinatly go out for a drink on that one!!! My fave El Nino at Chilis.

Im almost there guys and gals when i lose these next 8.06 pounds I will have lost a total of 64 pounds!!!! Back then when I was 264 I had to lean up on a coffee table to help me get off the floor, I would tire just walking 3 miles!!! In a mall. I didnt realize how bad off I was then untill now!. Once I hit 200 even or 199 I know there will be a whole new fire uner my motivation and determination. Im so proud Ive came this far already and all on my own with my own knowledge of studying with trial and error and Oxygen Magazine and THIS SITE!!!! Whew Im deffinatly going to cry tears of joy when I see that number 1 in front of my scale! Ill keep pushing and focusing, I can do this with your alls help!!! For those of you who dont know my final goal is to get to 170 and be content at my small weight but ultimatly I would love to be 150 10 pounds from my mayo clinic suggested weight of 140.. Love u guys and gals and this site!

I just ordered my BSN protein and MPX Meltdown fat burner, I sampled this stuff and loved it how it made me not think of eating and I didnt have cravings no more!! lOved it for that fact. todays work out was great I started off on decline benching, to a total body circuit of doing 50+ reps with medium weight and ended it with a 1.5 mile run and quarter mile walk.. Im working out 6 days a week permitting if work dose not get in the way and including aerobic classes. My diet is still good and I feel in my body Im cutting fat off my traps are way more defined I can see my color bones again and ppl are saying Im not fat no more LOL they guess Im 160 pounds which I love.. So Im still focused on gettin in better shape for this transition of security to police if any one has any pointers on running n push ups holla at me! iM ALL EARS
