This weeks weight put me at a number I havent seen in a long time. 209!!!!! I thought I would never see below 210!!!! This is so motivating, now I know for a fact I would have lost more if it wasnt for my crazy work schedule and me not being able to work out. But I did get a work out in today I did a total body workout with stationary machines. I did low weight with super high reps. I would do one exercise for a whole entire song and keep up with the beat for what I could. Now I know that I can up the weight a little this time cause i wasnt really struggling. But the chest press that is almost should press that was harder of all of them.. Cant wait to weigh in next Monday!!!

I am looking for a good solid total body work out where i can pump out reps for a whole entire song with moderate weights. Example ill be on a leg press machine and put on 100 pounds and do a rep with each beat of a song. One song per exercise. I need this to be performed 2 times a week. To allow me to run on alternate days. I just got hired on a police department and I have to report in 3 months so I got 3 months to kick bootay and take names!

Okay I havent had time to go grocery shopping so Ive been eatting out alot trying to get only subway you know? Ive been working from 4pmĀ till 4am in the morning.. I have been doing this schedule since this past Thursday and missed out on two days of adding more support to a relationship im rebuilding! ughhhhh WTF… I felt so bad he drove clear from Camp Atterburry Indiana to see me and only got to see me for like 3 hours a day! Im so tired of my schedule. Well I made sure I am getting my full four day weekend this weekend NO Joke. Im going to Fort Bragg NC to check out the base I think Im selected for a job down there and cant wait to have more of a life with their schedule they work. WOO HOOO crossing fingers. Also I bought the new whey protein from GNC Amp 60 grams of protein per serving (3 shoops) Im deffinatly not going to take the full servings that add up to over 300 calories!! Ill be doing one scoop like always. Any ways my work out I didnt have time to do what I really wanted to do so I ran a mile and a half, walked a quarter and did some ab machines… I had to fit in what I could becasue I feel the water retention due to no work outs. So at least I got that in and keeping some what dedicated durring my hectic schedule.

Ill be running in the Susan G Komen race for the cure June 6th in 2 weeks or a little less. Ive been wanting to run a race for a while and well let my fatness hinder my life. My friend has inspired me she had the lap band surgery and well has lost all of her weight and now has done 3 races and her fourth tomarrow morrow. So Im going to join her cross country Her in FL and me In DC area. Im going to finally do it!!! Im already shopping for my PINK running clothes and already got my running shoes! I cant wait to post the pics.

Okay so the love of my life came over and spent the night at my house. We havent seen each other since March 11th this year. We’ve known each other since 2003 and in the motion of building back our relationship. He is military and known me since my "skinny Day" When he saw me he noticed Ive changed and said I was doing sooo good and to keep it up!. That made me feel sooo good!!! Guys if you make notice of these things no matter how fem you feel talking about it, it really helps your girls motivation and moral… I dont know why you guys dont do it more often? Well I cant wait to see him again in a month or so to see what else he notices…. But till then Im going to continue my portion control, eatting only when Im hungry, eatting more salads and fruit. I Bought chinese last night for my cheat night and would you believe it I got 3 serving meals out of one small order?? wow american portions are totally out of controll!!! Its taken me a while to learn this and adapt but Im sooo thankful to actually acustom to it!!!! My word of advice to the obese, please focuse on your eatting habits first before you start to change your healthy food intakes. Focuse on portions and eatting only when really hungry. Because if you eat massive amounts of healthy foods it wont come off like you expect and it is a catch 22! Take it from some one who has been down this road… Well I already have a tally of how much weight Ive lost this week but I am not going to say untill I log it on BB.com Monday for official documentaiton. Ill tell you this IM HAPPY ABOUT IT and have seen this in a very long time!!! MissFlexGr

Well Im down to 210 today again! Im sooo happy, Ive been eatting pretty healthy and great portions. Im leaving a whole lot on my plate when Im done and yes my first plate. Im learning that I dont have to eat til my stomach fills that pressure you know to be full for a while. Its sad that we have to learn how to eat like we should. There is this guy Im talking to and he is from london. He is 6 fooot something and omg eats like a child would in a america. He calls our portions "american portions" because the are all so hughe over here. I watch him closely at dinner to try to pick things up from him. On the down low of course. Well I cant wait to weight in again Monday to see if i go well below 210 remember my goal is to get hella close to 200 by the end of the month give or take a pound or two..

Pass the demons of junk food, I watch the Biggest Loser and wow what motivation it gives me. If they can do it so can I. My rounds at work I Power walked. I raced to do it faster usually i do it in 30-35 minuets i was doing it in 23 minuets wooo hoooo I was happy about that and worked up a sweat. Every time I felt like munching or chocolate I would snack on my yogurt and or strawberry’s ect.. Im very proud of my self.

Okay I didnt get to work out all last week because of work!!! I ate pretty good so I guess thats why the number didnt go up but went down .2 of a pound. UGH UGH Im so friggin tired of this. I want to lose this weight sooo badly.. My goal is to get near 200 by the end of May. If not Im going to screem this weight henders my career sooo much.. Hinders my confidence as well.. This weekend I went grocery shopping and bought all clean foods for the P90x Im starting up again. Today come to find out I was eatting on the wrong level from what would work for me. It dose note you may have to adjust it for your self. I went running yesterday did 2 miles out doors and my heels and feet were killing me this morning due to plantars faccitis… But I pushed through it and going to walk it today and do P90X…Day one and take pics. well thats it for now peeps later maybe better results next monday…

AHHHHHHHHHHH YEAH YOU HERD ME! Its not my fault either, Ive been working mad hours. I love the over time but hate what its doing to my body, mind and spirit. Ive been doing 12 hours all week from 4pm till 4 am. Now Im doing a 16 from 4pm till 8am! Tomarrow I have off though to get my hair cut, grocery shop, and Im going to the club. To dance my cardio in to the night. Ill try actually hitting up the gym also… I really want to reach my goal of getting down to 200 pounds by the end of the month or dang near it..

I admit I have a addiction. Chocolate any way I want it I dont crave any other junk foods like pastries or anything of that nature just chocolate. My work they sell king size candy bars for a 1.25 to raise money and Ive found my self eatting them and when its too late I wake up from the coma. So today I tried another spin on things. Ill crave it and then Ill go get a snack like a yogurt or apple and chees stick and so on. Its done wonders so far and I havent slipped yet yeahhh me,,,,,, Its just another life style change I gotta adapt too like I have with eatting clean any other time and portions ect…
