Fought the urg and I won.

Okay i had a major urg to eat some MC Donalds and i didnt do it wooo hoooo I kept saying a fit police body or eat something enjoy it and then poop it out later hmmmmmmmmm what ever it maybe. LOL Also i got a phone call from a police dept of the army today our phone interveiw is toomarrow wish me luck.

Just THAT YOU GET THE MISSION DONE!!  Once you reach a goal people forget the way you were or never knew you from that time. Keep pictures no matter how much they upset you. Keep fighting if you have a bad week try to work out one day so hard you burn enough to at least stay the same weight. Its okay if we yo yo up and down in weight as long as it is recoverable weight like 10 pounds you know?  This journey is plenty of yo yo’s and getting and loseing steps ahead. Why because we are adapting to new habits and changes we learn from our mistakes. Body builders leran their bodies through experimentation and journalling. So dont get so upset that you slid back 10 pounds, get mad sit down breath and look at what caused it and immediatly alter it to get back on track. I know Ive lost only about 50 pounds give or take but Im proud Ive lost that and maintained it you feel me? I hope this is a eye opener or encouraging.. MissFlexGR Stay in the fight..

I can feel my duty belt being bigger than my regular pant belt. Thats awsome!!! It will be the third time i had to take slack out of it. woo hoooo. Oh yeah i was talking to a fellow body spacer today and he mentioned my STAX SYSTEM I wanna tell you something crazy. I love the system ect and it helps alot, how ever my work bitches about it being so big. They dont understand the idea of eatting a few times a day and carrying your food for the whole day either that way you dont mess up. So all they did was complain and say that im eatting to much blah blah blah so I stopped useing it once i go on a diffrent police dept with more fit and active ppl they will understand it. Besides you need to bring extra with you  cause u never know when you getting held over in this job and that happens alot for me any ways… Keep an eye out new pics and video soon.

No i didnt fall off the work out wagon.

OKay first off i didnt stop working out actually ive been working out way harder and more! Ive been lifting heavy and doing reps out the yin yang. Ill do for example, the inner thigh machine for a whole entire song with the beat. Ill keep the weight at like 50pounds and the same on the leg press at 100 pounds. Doing cardio out the wooozaaa also. Yesterday was one of my 4 day weekends and I went to the gym twice. I went today also. Sunday I got the nerve up to join in a group advertised in the on post military news paper for people that meet up and play volley ball from 3-6pm I stayed untill 5:30.

With that said I used to play volly ball in high school and well after 9 years and a whole lot more weight than I had back then I deffinatly wasnt as good as I once was. This empowered me to keep working at it. Second of all I wanna mention somehting. While at this first come first serve there was no arranged teams, no limitations ect. If you wanna play jump in to fill the slot of 6 ppl per team if not enough we play 4 and 4 and so on. There was this girl, perfect work out closthes underarmour, under armour knee high socks ect trying to look as if she came out of a commercial. KNee pads too. I by all means didnt judge her at all for that and was excited to get in to the game and play and burn some gooo. Well because I sucked she made it obvious I was holding her back from winning she would rotate ppl around me and keep me at the far side!!! WTF every time i would go try she would cut me off and be like stay over there! i got it i got it. Well with this ‘VIBE" I WAS getting I asked her like twice if you want me to leave Ill go and join another team. Others felt this aditude too. from her. I ask later on the same thing and she said no but if you want to have an attitude we dont want you to play… WTF what happend to playing for fun? For fitness, for just plain old moving your body around and not collecting dust? I warned that I was basically starting back over, so there was no surprize I sucked. But dang you dont have to make ppl feel bad and the weaker ones possibly make them upset to the point the leave and go stuff more twinkies in remorse…. Thankfully Im stubbern and towards the end I made it my mission to beat her in at least one game and I did just that and left as if it was my first and last win in a casino. I won my bet and not going to lose the victory to another one. LOL Im deffinatly going back my next 4 day weekend. OH BTW I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF SWITCHING NET SERVERS SO I DONT HAVE IT AT HOME RIGHT NOW BUT WILL THURSDAY WOOO HOOOO

1 cup gets the job done..

This may sound crazy ya’ll but it gets the job done and makes a permanet change. As you know Ive lost roughly 55 pounds so far to bring me from 264 to now 212. What I did to get there was one work out like hellssssss belllssssssss then I would force my stomach to shirink NATURALLY I would only eat out of a coffe mug!!! One mug per meal! What ever I can get in there i can eat. It makes you think out your food too by what is going to fill you up longer and last longer. This cut my food in take in half no lies. Now Ive been doing it again for a week almost and Ive lost 6 pounds. Tomarrow I start working out again. Now for warning you gotta go a week or so with out training for your body to adapt ect then you work out that way you dont run out of gass fast. Now what I am doing this you ask, one because i am proof it works. Two I need to drop this FAT FAST AS POSSIBLE! Im applying for police depts left and right and I wanna hit at least 180 in 2 months or sooner.  My water intake is a gallon a day, Im eatting rice, fishes, chicken, broccoli ect. So look forward to some progress pics soon.
