HELP need new training styles
Saturday, January 31st, 2009Okay im a beast in the weight room, i know just about any exercise there. I lift way heavier than the average fem. But Im not liking whats happening to my body my shoulders are way way to broad, I weight to much but dont look what I weight by far, so Im left unhappy with my training. I want to really start more sports like training, like burpies, mountain climbers, and so on. Not to mention my running and push ups and sit ups ect….. If there is any videos out there where i can copy down the routein you have for me as suggestions please send them my way…..
