day one back on track

Well to day i ate the last peice of junk food left over from Turkey Day, I made it to the gym also i did two miles on the tread mill power walking at a incline of 6% then did abs this was a good back in the motion start let me tell you i needed it. My diet wasnt perfect but half way good. HOpe are higher and feeling better

TDY is over, my rut is over, finally got my motivation back!

Well I survived TDY and gained weight some about 6 pounds… Ive been working mad crazy hours like 40 hours over time and i do midnight shifts… Which i cant adapt to ever it seems. I survived Thanksgiving i spent it at work then home alone. Yeah sad i know but o well thats what comes with moving to a new area with the army at least im not in a dessert and spending thanks giving there… Much love and respect to the soldiers over there for that one…  So I chatted with my friend on here we met at the last arnold expo and she totally got me talking and motivated put a fire under my booty. I cant wait to start finaly. If the gym was open I would have went now to get on the move. I got fresh tunes on my ipod, god my gears and clothes ready. Got my food packed and ready to get this done i want to get to 200 even before the arnold if not below that… Keep on me peeps i need u guys

I hate New Hampsier!! Its COLD, BORNING, AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STICKS. I guess got used to the city life real quick just out side of Washington, D.C. (Alexandria, Va) Now that im here in moose country Im just nothing but tired and groggy.. This slow town is slowing me down all I do is go to bed at 0800 in the morning or 0900 till about one in the after noon wake up go to the gym for 2-3 hours and then take a nap at 5-6pm till I gotta get ready for midnights again at work. I miss the city and golds gym ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Week 18 comming up!

Hey all well its saturday Nov 1st! Holly cow thats too fast isnt it? Well i survived hollowheen due to the fact Im working in New Hampsier, till Nov 10th. So that ment no passing out candies or going to parties pretty much a safe way to surpass temptations! LOL well in my hotel kitchen i went grocery shopping and got sugar free puddings, skim milk, my proteins, 7 grain whole wheat bread, lean roast beef, turkey and pastrami, and a weight watchers cheese. Thats what Ill be living on mainly lol and oh yea 3 boxes of special K cereal with berries and yogurt and fruit mix.. The gym for the hotel sucks litterally just a treadmil, stepper, and bike. But luckily there is a full size gym right behind the hotel and the hotel gave me free passes for the whole time here. Theres sauna, aerobics classes, kettle bells, med balls u name it they got it!!!!! (sound of angles in rejoice) lol So today I felt really really really bloated and I was just exhausted, so I did 4o minuets of sauna and worked my abs really really hard and streatched really well.. I feel so much better not to mention my skin too. Oh and tonight at work i comfertablly am wearing my belt on the fith notch now!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was on the fourth like a month ago!!!!! Theres those angles rejoicing again….. lol So I guess we can say that ive been a good girl and Day one of week 18 should be a happy weight in day and Ill be useing the gym scales for that one so techinically that wont count cause i rely on my home scales for accurate reads…. So now for my work outs i bummped up my trainners routein up to 2 rounds of 12 reps and its getting easier, and then i found a killer routein on you tube also here take a look see…
