so im laying in the floor double checking my packing list and watching Rookies on A&E. I got pretty much every thing packed and all the food out of the house. Im hopping on a plane tomarrow in th am to new hampsier for a two week duty. Ill be living out of a 3 star hotel with fridge and the works a small apt basically. I got my protein packed and supps also and my main wardrobe is work out clothes and uniforms, running shoes and tacticle boots. Im not really there to party like most ppl do. Im there to get my mind set in to training for this next 18 weeks and making a plan to finish my degree in criminal justice, along with making extra money with over time. Im going to use this also to get back to running out side if it isnt hella cold… So as soon as I land my mission is to go grocery shopping for the clean eats again and stock of the hotel. Well Ill take pics i promise I cant wait to see dartmouth college though that will be diffrent for sure. Well Ill keep ya posted oh yea get this my eatting has down sizeeed sooo much i dont have groceries in the casa due to this trip so i orderd a pizza thin crust and just pepperoni and olives well i only got 3 pieces down and was hurting wow not used to that so i gave the other 3/4 of a pizza to my neighbor lol lol kinda proud how my portions has gotten smaller that is awsome oh wow like totally freaking me out!! right on lol lol

So this week was good for the dieting, okay for working out. I didnt choose to work out cause i was lazy but because i was soooo sorreee and in so much pain. See that new trainer kicked my but and then my work I walk ALLOTTTTT so im in adjustment between the two, I got in around 3 work outs. My diet now is going to tighten down a lil more and my work outs are already planned im doing allot of medicine ball, plyos, and circuit training. No major weight trainning just focussing on fitness atheltic fitness. Ill be doing the circuit trainning 3 times a week, and 30 minuets running after those. The alternate days Ill be doing a full hours of cardio..Now the new speed bump in the road, is Wensday I hop on the plan to Manchester, NH then a 3 hour drive to my duty station for 2 weeks of TDY thats military duty any where they need you further than 50 miles away. The army is putting me in a really nice hotel has a kitchen dishes ect, a really nice pool but they didnt show any pics of the gym so im kinda worried. As for eatting Im going to the local grocery store and buying the groceries there and of course packing my protein and supplements. the flight is no more than 2 hours total so I dont need to pack a meal for that one. As of today now my weight said 219 but mind you Im in mother natures red phase. eww i know so todays weight in dont count for me…
Well week 2 here we go!!! forhead to forhead gritting teeth.

WASSSSS GLORIOUSSSSSSSSS!!!!! he started me pulling this rope of the cable machine that had 25-30 pounds at the dead end in a couple directions, then taking a 45 pound dumbell squating down deep lifting it middway switch hands and stand up and lift over the head, abs with a heavy heavy medicine ball, deep wide lunges, and deep side step squats with 10 second pauses down low!!!!!! I so wasent thinking of of FLow Rider durring these lol, then to a aerobics studio, he stood behind me and i had to squat down deep come up and twist the ball in 6 points behind me and tap his hand, then last but not least i had a huge medicine ball i had to step two times toss it to him and he would throw it back immediatly and we did this for like 4 rounds up and down the studio!!!! At the end i did 30 minuets of treadmil work, and asked him how i did. He said he was extremely impressed with my fitness level!! Considering my weight!! He said i surpassed his or any body imagination on that one and he cant wait to see me when i dropp this weight if im this fit now wow when im 170 pounds that made me feel so so so good to hear that. See that number I weigh really affects me mentally i feel like i look like the average female that ways that much with my height. But i dont i dont look flabby and i have good shape i guess for being heavy? I suppose the muscle, well like i said our goals are to train like a athlete mixed between police and navy seal stuff. Due to my career going police and army reserves eventually. My diet have no fears there peeps its perfect! In fact after the gym i was hungry and i knew i didnt have any food in the house yet so i immediatly drove to GNC and made a protein shake there in the store and chugged it down lol lol The clerk was like dang ur dedicated Im thanks i know lol lol kidding i didnt say that but right now im on cloud 10 i feel so good but a lil sore

So I used my first session with Golds Gym new members complimentry training sessions I get 6. The manager of the gym put me with this selected trainer cause she know im not new to the gym scene. Well we sit down and he break down how he works, so far so good. He is so down to earth and real love that. Then my turn I explain what Ive been doing, how i gained this weight, where I want to go from here. I want to be fit like P90X fit, then evenutally walk across a stage as a figure or fitness competitor!!! But first we gotta tackle this fat body!!!!. Then I mentioned if midnights lol ugh he even have a lil proublem figuring out how to eat around my scedule!!! Well the plan is to train me around exercises to lifting my own body weight, push ups, sit ups pull ups ect. Hes making a routein for me as we speek and I get it monday i cant wait i cant wait! Im also buying the stax system lunch box kit to get my eatting on track to the point.Im setting a goal of getting down to 170 or less by the Arnold Classic of 2009!! By the time I hit that goal ill be close enough to push for a figure competiton in 2009 some time. Thats my time line im AIMING FOR! I think this tranner is going to really help me out I really really really do, Im going to spread out his sessions to every other week or 3 just to make them last you know? I will admit this having golds gym only 3 -4 blocks down the road has helped me tramendously!!!! The fact that it is gold is motivation also. This week Im also going to start doing the aerobic classes for extra fat burning! Oh Oh yea i told the trainer i need help on my running to for the police PT testing for Dept of the Army. Now my PT testing as follows
1.5 miles in 17:30 or less, push ups, sit ups, and 300 meter dash!!!
I cant wait to get this started Tuesday.

Well it went good i liked how he though and laid it all out there. I think this guy is really going to do it for me! I explained i need to get in P90X shape! I want to me fit and athletic again! I want to be in impecible shape when i go police! I also want to get back down to at least 170 in weight… My first work out will be this comming tuesday….. I cant wait! To have my butt kicked on a whole new level. Ive needed this for a long long long time its way past over due. And if I might add having a personal trainer dosent say you dont know what your doing, you dont know how to eat ect, its just simply a tool becasue we cant judge our selves fully. Even pro bodybuilders and fitness and figure athletes have trainers! So dont be ashamed to try one..

NO this is not good, heres how it went down. I work midnights and usually eat as soon as i get to work 12am on the dot. Then im so busy i dont think of food or eatting. I get off at 8am and dosing off on the way home. I immediatly strip down clothes hitting the floor on the way to my bed and Im out untill 2pm today. I wake up drink some water and look at the clock get cleaned up and ready to go out to do arrands. I need to get this stuff done by the end of buisness hours!!!!!!!! By the time Im done things slow down a bit I relize dange im so exhausted the past 4-5 days! whats going on here!!!! I feel so so so bad and Im like omg i havent litterally ate in almost 24 hours!! ahhhhh this is not good not healthy and deffinatly not a good thing for the type of fitness im seeking! I get a call from a friend and immediatly ask her to go to dinner with me at chilis! Im too dang tire to cook let alone stand up to do it!.. she agrees and we order spiniach artichoke dip and i get a cajun seasoned steak, mashed potatoes, and water.. I eat it slowly over the coarse of two hours almost talking. And litterally when we left my friend said dang girl youve totaly 360ed since you ate!!! and Im think yea i know im no longer tired and i feel brighter!!!!! I went home went to bed and woke up in 3 hours and feel so much better. Im totally freaked that I get like that and litterally for get to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im going to buy that STAX SYSTEM next payday for sure if not now!!!!

WELL HOW EVER SLOW THE PROCESS, but Im glad im doing this on my own!!! Today i weighed in at 214.8 I cant wait to see 200 better yet 199!!!! I worked out today, not at hard as i would like cause i went in right after doing a 12 hour midnight shift! Yea i know that makes it hard enough.But at least im gettin in the dang gym, I plan now to make it there at least once a day for at least 30 minuets of cardio. My diet well is clean but I rarely eat cause my house of sleep and work and such.. Im either always sleeping or trying to, at work and thats the only time i think i eat is at work. Other wise im running rampid on my 4 hours im awake to get arrands done! When you live by your self, trying to get fit and healthy, and manage your career, you tend to forget about your stomach growling!!! I know it isnt good but honestly do you think its going to hurt me for the next 20-30 pounds? Im not loseing muscle I know that for sure, I get at least 80 grams protein in a day!!! so thats a good thing. well this week I got my first initial complimentry session with the gold gym personal trainer i cant wait. Also the manager she noticed how dedicated i am to the this life style and my knowledge and offered me a personal trainning job. She said i would be perfect for beginner obese ppl. The trainers no offense who never been over weight more than 30 pounds have no freaking clue to what its like being that big, and the immediatly put them on doing 2 feet step boxes and mad crazy stuff and the person feels so bad due to the major struggle they give up in a week!!!!! so now im looking for a cheap personal cert trainning programe on line i can take and Im going to try and take her up on this offer who can say no to extra money and a free membership right? Well my goal as of right now is to hit 200 by the end of November or Mid that month. Keep in touch peoples!

Well I chose gold gym to commit to for the fact that the owner of crossfit never called me and that shows he dont care. Goldsgym is less than a mile away from me and has all that i need and the classes as well. Im so motivated right now infact i just woke up from my nap for midnight shift and i have 4 hours till i gotta go to work so Im going to the gym!! Hey every one, Im in the middle of a decision. I got between Gold’s Gym which is right by my house no more than a mile away, or Cross Fit it is like 15 minuets away. See I really love the cross fit class cause of its hard coreness and type of work outs ect. But the Golds Gym is having a special where I pay 150 down then 29.99 a month starting Jan 2009. Which suits my bill just right. Cross fit Im still not sure how much they are charging me the owner never called like he promised me either. Another thing, where the golds is it is right on my way home from work not out of my way at all!!!! Ill work out then head to wal mart if its a must afterwards. Please give me some in put I some how think you guys are going to say gold gym. But not sure! Oh BTW way I have acces to on post gyms also for free, but are a bit out of my way not as much as Cross fit though.
