Im feeling like a football player?
Thursday, August 28th, 2008Okay so Ive been training really hard lately and my strength is improving fast and in big jumps. For example last week I benched with 1 5lb on each side for bench, this week I did 20 on each side for like 9 reps. I feel my arms shrinking and the cuts underneath it. My legs are getting more solid in the quads, and my booty is feeling way higher also. But with all the heavy lifting and what not I must say im getting nervous! Ive never in my days reached a peak in my strenhth. It seems like I turn all the fat in to muscle and shrink but the scale number never goes down? I want a fem figure shape like I had a couple year back. I feel like im training like a man and looking like a foot ball player. UGHHHHH I guess perhaps it is just my own self concious maybe? I dont know but starting this morning after work Im going to be doing cardio, and then lifting with my buddy in the afternoon. I really need to drop this fat asap. Maybe I wont feel as much like a defensive line man? Im starting the body for life challenge programe tomarrow also, along with turnning in progress photos. If there are any good personal trainners who want to help me out with online trainning hit me up pallleeezzz….
