PCS’ing, & update

hey all well I got that Army job at frt belvoir, va I gotta be there aug 4th I cant wait to hit the on post gym, they are usually pretty hooked up and and FREE!!!! Ill be living on my own and cant wait really. I wont have no temptations from my mother and all, of eatting junk and crap. I know when I get there it will all be going to work, then after the gym… So incase you all wounder where ive been thats whats up. I dont have access to the net constantly but I can go to the library and use the hotel buisness room.. I have to live in a hotel up to a month so thats going to be fun. I plan On living on protein shakes, lean cuisien meals, and fruit. They are all cheap I can microwave them, and carry them to work. Not to mention cheap! So I cant wait to see how my body will change even more after this month comming up.. So keep me going bodyspacers and Ill update you asap…

Update! Sorry it took so long..

OKay well I just got back from Alexandria, VA for a federal police officer interveiw. God I pray that I get it!!!! I havent gained any weight on the trip and yesterday I went shopping for my clean foods. After that one week of total clean eatting and I dropped that much weight Im pretty much slapped in the face with the truth of what all has been talking about. So Im eatting ever 2 hours and the same menue for a whole 7 days then a new minue the next 7 days and so on. I get my menues from Oxygen magazine and am journaling it every day to keep focuse on fiber, protein, carbs ect intake. This weeks menue is like sooo…..

Oat meal

1 small apple & 2tbs crunchy pb

1 pita wrap with 3oz turky and peper cheese

bsn lean dessert protein and a fiber one yogurt

atkins peanutbutter bar with 10 grams fiber in it 19g protein

 thats my diet for the next seven days. WHAT U THINK?

As for training well I found out the army’s required PT testing for the po po job im going for. That’s …….

1.5 mile run in 17:40

21 push ups - 30 sit ups & a 300 meter dash in 81 secs (3 quarters of a lap)

Out of all honesty that pt test is way easier than the ohio police academys!!!

Well any ways thats me for now, Im focused on me, my career, eatting and training. Im on point I guess you could say.
