Been on point since Day one!
I dont know but something has clicked maybe the fact that this past week i lost what i gained back pluse some? A total of like 6-7 pounds in one week! due to clean eatting and multiple SMALL MEALS of CLEAN foods, not to mention the ruck sack work out wow!! what a fat burner i guess. well i deffinatly am going to make a habit of that pt regimen. Ill be in shape in a heart beat hoooorahhhh…. Any ways Im off to go wash and clean my truck like its new and then wax it more calorie burnning… breaking it down like a shot gun grrrrrrrrrr roof rooof roof lol lol
