New Journal, vitamin pak, and work out plan.

Okay so, today i bought my new food and work out diary from GNC, the activ vitamin paks from GNC (1000mg CLA,2 multi vitamin pills, energy enhancer, calcium 600, L-Carnitine- supports the metabolism, bone health, weight loss and energy), and a pill case. I have just till Friday left of the Februray isssue of Oxygens work out routien. Then I go to part 2 of the 3 part series. This cycle of the work out is for 6 weeks long, and totally mixes the days around Im doing legs in the middle of the week where as most ppl are used to doing them at the end of the week. I do cardio at 65-75% heart rate ect. Ive been off of all fat burners for about a week now and was starting Universal Fat Burners and OMG!!!! gas galore like a baby on new food it was gross lol lol lol lmfao !!!!!!!! Okay so needless to say I stopped those today! Im starting back on my Hydroxycut Max! Today now but going to do my dangest to not to the maximum dossage for as long as possible.. My diet is going to be around 1250 calories a day! I know that seems low But Im deffinatly going to be high in protiens and veggies, ect I need to cut this weight as  much as possible. Im just not happy like this. Well thats my plan for the next 6 weeks. Ill be posting progress photos of me in my new swim suits June 26th Ive already tried them on a day or so ago and can feel a major diffrence!! no bulges like (muffin tops lol) Also I can now wear my addidas running pants in hor pink totaly comfertablly now just its to damn hot now lol what the heck lol lol. Any who thats my updates for nowbb.comers love ya all support and motivation its addictive!!! Surround your self with ppl with alike goals and positve energies and you have no choice but the thrive!!!! Peace,, Missflexgr

a multi vitamin and mineral could be a vita pak?

CLA for fat loss, those two are what I have in mind so far but what brands ect?

and what ever u think I must add, Im not rich either lol

Okay today my eatting has been clean and on point, but not on time! I started off with oat meal. Got the laundry ready and went to the laundry mat I didnt know it would take almost 2.5 hours!! So i didnt bring nothing to eat with me thats in my diet plan. Well then it hit me hunger and that gitter feeling ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I swear to you not i walkd by that dang vending machine like 3 times!!! BUT I DID NOT SURRENDER OR THROW IN THE WHITE TOWLE. I Kept saying do I want the body of my dreams or that snack over and over over and i kept saying Ill hate my self for it later I know I will. I DIDNT GIVE IT NOW I just got home and chuged down a slim fast shake in a can cause i didnt have milk on hand for a protein shake. Now I wont make it to the gym today to do leg ect ill make up for it tomarrow time just ran out between laaundry, and getting ready for school and cooking my clean foods for the rest of the day!!! so I just wanted to talk about my little vicotry today yea me!

Need help with swim suit decision, WHAT U THINK?

K so i got this swim suit i like alot, for a cruise Ill be going on before sept this year. Proublem is I got 23 pounds at the least to lose to get to 200 even, and I have major self image issues. Like when i see these pics i think I look like those 300 pound women in bikinis and wearing baby "t" and their gut sagging over there jeans tops… EWWWWW well any ways Im posting these pics to see what ppl think so far this is always hard for me no matter what one thinks but this is one way Im battling my self image proublem…. Plus I want to know what will be thought of me when i actually do wear it out in public 25 pounds lighter or more? So dont be to crued. THANKS MISSFLEXGR.. ps im debating on buying two more of the same cut today depending on what is said here (biting nails)

Well I went to the gym today, did 3 miles on the treadmill in 52 minutes and some change. It felt good to me, but when i looked at my reflection in the window my legs look like they were moving slow… I dont know but hey running 3 miles straight with no more than 2 laps walking thats pretty good Id say comparing to where I came from.. I know Im still far from passing the PT test for this damn academy 14:20 mile and a half what the heck? Well Im going to be running 3 miles a day out side on rough terrain, then 3 miles on the tread mil and one day off repeat. Hows that sound for you pro runners out there? My PT test is JUNE 10th. So do the math… Well those new adidas running shoes I bought seem to be kick but I feel like my legs go further and my mechanics or more smoother and natural I dont know Yet….. Well Im posting new progress pics in about five minutes so stand by.. MISSFLEXGR!
