2/25/08 15 Weeks out!!

Okay so I survived my first week of competion dieting!!!! WOOO HOOOO thats an acheivement in its self!! Ya think? Well This week I couldnt work out as much as I would like becasue I was training a new job, and then going to the academy in the evening and straight to bed… I bring my cooler of foods and clean eats with me every day and ppl watch me eat clean compared to the school like cafeteria foods they have.. Its kinda motivating to stick out in such a positive way! People notice this and ask what kinda diet am i on… I explain the best I can and they say hey well we will notice if it works i guess in a few???????/ OKay great!!!! Watch and learn peeps.. Well any who I also had to lower my calories down some and up my protein a little more.. Its working out way better and Im getting all the fiber I need also!!! I feel more balanced… Except for missing my work outs like i have due to work… Another thing, The guys at my police academy have been really complimenting on my bodys changes!!! They are like you are loseing mad weight kellie!!! I tell them how Im just loseing body fat and maintaing muscle mass… They didnt beleive me when I said the scales havent changed that much lOL LOL funny… Well any who… Im going strong and tomarrow Ill be up for 24 hours due to working morning tomarrow then going the academy then going back to work for a mid shift!! Ill go the the gym afterwards and sleep and PT at the academy Thursday night…. all and all the dieting is going well…

 Speaking of the police academy, tonight we tested out on half of our defensive tactics and so far so good. Thursday we finish testing out and gotta dodge that paint ball 38 revolver bullet!!! May god bless me with a few extra lost pounds to not have to carry when im haulling my ass to the barrier! LOL LOL wish me luck!!!! appriciate it guys and gals I wouldnt do as good as I am with out you guys… Checking up on me

Okay so i told you I would let you guys know when Im starting my competition diet for cutting fat for my PT test in June… Well as of right now Im counting 16 weeks out, that will be from tomarrow untill the first Wensday of June.. Now why I stop at the beginning of June is because apparently my commander is wanting to try to rush us so that we finish the beginning of June rather than June 23rd???????? I dont know… Well If it goes to June 23rd Ill continue the diet till then and that will be a total of 19 Weeks and a few days…. So here is my diet That I’ll be doing the first Few weeks or untill I slow down on weight loss…..ect..

1- Oat meal, 4 egg whites w/ seasoning, 1 fruit or protein shake.

2- yogurt and 2 almonds

3- Protein shake and bannana

4- 1/2 a chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup brocoli

5- 96% lean red meat, wheat tortilla, brocoli

6- Cottage cheese with a little fruit topping.

Estimated calories a day = 1.675

Estimated Protein a day = 122

Estimated fat a day = 26.5

Estimated fiber a day =6.7 + fiber supplements = 25g

Ill continue my extreme work outs at the “Y” aerobic classes every day 6 days a week and then 2 days weight training and running a mile and a half after the aerobics classes around ashland central park… and of course the push ups and sits ups…. So now Im down a total of 10 pounds since Jan 30th… I got 4.4 more pounds to go before i hit my first goal of 230… I have been working out daily with YMCA aerobic classes last week doing around 2 a day and one on saturdays. This week I have to train on my run at the local high school track because I cant pay my full memebr ship at the "Y" Untill this week some time when my income tax hits… We all know how that goes… so My diet im still keeping track of it strictly with my GNC dietminder journal…  I must say for all ppl trying to lose a significant amount of fat that this is one of the best investments you can purchase along the side of a gym membership….. Please go get one now! Also me and cnstnce from bb.com tweeked my diet im starting this weekend….. Im starting a competition diet to cut as much fat as possible!!! It will be  a total of 18 Weeks out when I start it. When I say 18 weeks out, Im not refering to a figure or fitness competition Im referring to a Police academy PT test. It is schedualed for June 23rd. this is my final PT testing that determines if I graduated and pass or not!!!! Im also looking at this comp diet as a practice one for when I actually do go and compete, that way Ill know how to deal with it better and how my body reacts… I know this dieting thing is hard and makes one cranky ect.. But I have the drive of wanting my own badge and cruiser this summer!!!! I cant wait to take a progress photo of me in my actual uniform and a huge thank you note to all you supporting BB.comers…. Im in the last stretch of a few months and I know I can do this now!!! These past 2 weeks of weight lost have really boosted my moral… Well thats all till day one of my lean out comp diet starts… MISSFLEXGR

LOST 3 POUNDS THIS WEEK!!!! FINALLY

SO FINALLY I LOST 3 POUNDS AND BACK WELL IN TO THE 230′S NOW I GOT MOTIVATION AND A CHIP OFF MY SHOULDER I CAN CONCENTRATE MORE… IN FACT THE FUNNY THING WAS THAT THIS MORNING IN SPIN CLASS I WAS JUST COMPLAINING HOW I HAVENT LOST ANY SO I WORKED OUT AND THEN WENT HOME AND CHA CHINGG!!!!!! DOWN 3 POUNDS.. ALL THIS WEEK I HAVE BEEN JOURNALLING MY FOOD INTAKES AND CARRYING AROUND THE BOOK THE CALORIE KING, IT LIST ALL FOOD FACTS FOR JUST ABOUT ANYTHING AND ALL THE RESTRAUNTS YOU CAN THINK OF SO THIS HAS BECAME MY WAKE UP CALL EVERY TIME I EAT… AND IM SO AWARE OF WHAT I PUT IN TO MY BODY NOW! ITS AMAZING, USUALLY IM NOT GOOD AT JOURNALLING BUT I KNOW THIS IS GOING TO PUSH ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AND CHANGE MY MENTALLITY WITH FOOD. SO NOW THAT IM KEEPING THE FOOD IN LINE I AM ALSO WORKING OUT LIKE A MAD WOMEN. IM DOING AT LEAST 2 CARDIO WORK OUT CLASSES AT THE YMCA AND ON TWO DAYS OF THE WEEK I DO A THIRD OF WEIGHT TRAINING CLASS TO MAINTAIN MY STRENGTH. AND ON SATURDAYS I RUN THE IN DOOR TRACK FOR 2 MILE AND DO PUSH UPS AND SIT UPS… INCASE YOU ARE WOUNDERING WHY IM WORKING OUT SO CRAZY IT IS BECAUSE ONE IM FREAKING TIRED OF THIS BLUBBER TWO I HAVE A POLICE ACADEMY PT TEST JUNE MY ONLY CONCERN IS MY RUN CURRENTLY IM DOING A 1.5 MILE IN LIKE 19-20 MIN AT MY CURRENT WEIGHT SO I KNOW IF I DROP AT LEAST TO 200 EVEN ILL GET IT TO 14 MINUTES EASY!!!! WELL ANY WAYS I JUST WANTED TO WRITE ABOUT MY LOSS … THANKS FOR THE EARS. SEE YA NEXT WEIGHT IN ON MONDAYS

Discoverd skinny clothes…

well oh well i was going through my “skinny” clothes and found out that dang i had a whole new wardrobe of cute girly clothes waiting for me to strut around in wow who knew? well i guess me finding these was a sign that i need to step it up a notch? And i thought really hard, how badly i wanted to wear them. so i folded them and put them in my bottom draws so they are there to sparatically try on here and there in the future to test where im at……  tomarrow i do a major thigh trimming spinning class and zumba after wards along with weight in and get my body fat checked also. come back tomarrow for those post around 12 noon..
