OKay I have a question, why the hell do men use a girls weight as the blow of choice??? Why are men in this area so ran down on a women weight? All I see these guys look at are skinny girls with less curves that my 12 year old niece… Im not hating on thin women by all means but I dont get it The guys around here will hit on a women infront of me that is litterally took pick walking then she turns around and damn no teeth at 20’s and butta face!!!!!! 3 kids all by diffrent men and bleach blong hair with 3 inch long black roots???? I dont mind bleach blond, i dont mind skinny, i dont mind having kids… But why on gods earth are the guys in my academy always dissing me about my weight and dark long hair and how I love all cultures… I dont know all i can think of is it being that they are freak hill billys, red necks, predjudice m fers ewwww they make me so mad.. But whats so wrong with me I have long hair, no kids, education, and determination, im very friendly untill u piss me off and i can let ignorance run through one ear out the other but why when i havent done a dang thing to you are going to pick me out in front of every one and diss me about my weight?????????? Dont you think I know im thicker, i check the scales every day a few times a day? Dont you think I wish and hope and pray that I can at least get back down to where I was in high school (where i still was fat mind you to them any ways) If not a cover girl modle???????? God I dont know why this area is like a time warp to me out side this area I feel attractive, like a women ect… Here im a fat thats all they see to me is that… Any who sorry about that had to breath that out of my system, so here goes Today I made a desicion to really put what Im eatting in to check….. So i went to GNC and bought the delux food journal,, and I have been religious on it to the T since I got it. I also came to BB.com and went to the calculators seciton and calculated the exact calories, fat, protien, carbs I need in my diet daily to lose weight… I wrote that down in the designated area so i can keep to my daily goals…. I know I have a proublem some where that is making me lose this weight slower than i would like so im doing this to pin point it out…… trouble is i gotta to member to take it every where also……. Well any who I got the work outs more intens and now a close eye on what goes in my body… Lets rock this body in to shape where it needs to be… PS I hope you noticed that ummm I dont let stupidity get me down… I turn it in to positive encouragment to make the boys eat there words later when they rellize they hate for me to go but love to watch me leave lol lol lol… Peace

oKAY SO IM TIRED OF MY OLD GYM!!! AN OLD BURGER KING LITTERALLY UGHHHH… WELL I FINALY WENT TO THE YMCA GOT A WEEKS PASS AND TOOK MY FIRST AEROBICS CLASS TODAY.. I DID ZUMBA AND IT WAS AWSOME WOOOT WOOOT….. I LOVE DANCING ALL DANCE JUST LOVE TO MOVE AND IT WAS GREAT SEEING CHICKS AGAIN FOR ONCE. AFTER THAT HOUR LONG CLAS I WENT TO THE INDOOR TRACK AND RAN A 1.5 MILES AS HARD AS POSSIBLE… I ACTUALLY FEEL MOTIVATED TO THE POINT I WAS LIKE WHEN I WAS AT FORT CAMPBEL KY IN 2002-2004 I THINK I CAN DO THIS NOW IT DONT FEEL AS HARD TO DO NOW IM EXCITED TO GO AGAIN I HAVE THAT FIRE IVE NEEDED THIS SO LONG….. ALSO I STARTED TAKING HYDROXYCUT MAX! FOR WOMEN TODAY AND I ONLY NEEDED ONE FOR THAT BUZZ AND IM WIDE AWAKE AFTER ONLY HAVING 6 HOURS SLEEP… TOMARROW IM GOING TO TAKE TWO CLASSES AND DO MY RUN…. FEELING GOOD AND WILL BE HARDER AND TIGHTER SOON… PS ILL BE POSTING NEW PICS AFTER THE ARNOLD CLASSIC HELLO MORE MOTIVATION..

Hey it your chick missflexgr, thought Id let you know that i posted up some new up todate photos in my gallery please stop by and be kind with the words…. Also, Ive delt with the fact that my current gym is not social, motivating, or offering enough for me!!! Currently i pay 45 bucks a month for a building that used to be Burger King lol lol and the entire weight training section and cardio fits in the lobby lol lol I know right… Well I went to the YMCA here and checked there prices again and they lowerd them so it is fate, all that for 35 a month!! my neice can come also under this member ship. The main reason i went there is to check out there aerobics classes I know they motivate me more than anything. Also Im finding it hard finding other women that work out as hard as i do and at the "Y" I know ill meet more ppl with the same goals ect.. Fitness friends is something you just need in your life and in a love relationship.. When you get emotionally attached to colleges that are not in to the same goals and life style they tend to uncounciously side track you with movies and dinners durring your work out time,  soo on.. Im sure u guys understand well any who im still on track holla at your girl and much support to you all and keep training hard and surround your self around positivity and you will be positive!!!

My first marathon run!

the run will be April 19th at the local national forest, it is 4 miles long… Im going to train for it to help me push and get in better condition for my pt test in June  I think it will help alot.. My work outs this week has been great and Ive followed it to a T I had leg day yesterday and lets just say I havent forgot how hard i work at it yesterday OUCH!!! I did my two work outs today also the evening cardio session i just walked 2.5 mph cause my legs are so darn sore and i manage a hour and 2.36 miles along with a mile this morning… I also got my body fat tested at the gym with the electronic one again and it said i lost 1.1 percent of body fat since I last logged it in….  My abs are sore as i dont know what either it feels like i have had a tummy tuck and a that inner corset sewed in lol lol OUCH but i know the first week at the gym is the worst you gotta work out that rust in those muscles and then after it is done you will be straight… Im consuming more protien that usual to help me heal faster and potassium and stretching and stretching well any who ive been good so far i hope it shows in my weigh in Suday and the muscle dont out weight me mentally…. well every one talk to u next week laters

Eat Clean….

Sooo today is day one of eatting clean again Ive been cooking for the past hour trying to get my food ready for the next few days! i bought a new carry around cooler to carry around my meals… The other one i had was no where big enough to hold my 6 meals and condoments ect… I found my Eat Clean diet book from Tosca Reno of Oxygen Mag, my neice hid it on me by accident. So I finally read a few more chapters and think I nailed what I been doing wrong… now I feel way  more confident that Ill be getting results this time… Just the thing is I need to stick to it, and follow things to a T….. I also still need a work out partner all the guys in the academy are working out togeather but now wants to work with the girl… what bull hocky, any who Im still search for a work out partner and eventually show these guys up!!!! I need to pass this p. T test and get back down to the weight I was 2 years ago!!! then means i must drop around 60 pounds in 5 and a half months I think I can do it I just need a support system and so far that is a dream except for the fact of u guys on here…

Well any ways, Here are my factors for motivation… 1. Pass the damn PT test, 2. FOR MY OWN METAL WELL BEING, Im just not happy with my self here 3. I want to look some what like I did when I was steady with my one and only true love…4.I want to be a fierce female officer  5. I want to compete in figure eventually.. 6. I want to change dramatically "more" for the arnold classic and compare the pics from this year and last year.. 7. to just be HEALTHIER 8. tO BE FIT, AND A ROLE MODLE FOR MY NIECE…

 WELL ANY WHO THAT IS MY BABBLLING FOR THE DAY… I JUST NEED TO WRITE THINGS DOWN THAT WAY THEY SINK IN BETTER TO MY HEAD…

More serious than yesterday…

 Well today I had my academy and finally the boring stuff is done with ughhhhhh So any who like I said i was training harder not that the new year has came. Now I durring the 10 minute breaks ( we have 4) I am walking around the schools interior. I average out 2 laps and it takes 8 laps to make a mile so that is an additional mile I do besides the track training.. I feel like this why waste your time sitting on a bench hearing the guys bull shit abou stupid stuff, when i can be walking and getting a little closer to my physical fitness level… Any who knows I maybe start something where the guys follow, but I doubt…. Well any who, other than that I have been eatting no later than 6pm (at the academy) and it is either lean cusien meal or smart ones, I have also been following a special K diet we will see what happens to my numbers sunday…. My push ups and situps are still great and passing the test…. well any who that is it for now,,, By the way I forgot I posted an add on the bilboard for a work out partner LOL LOL i know it is funny but I gotta find some one….. Oh yea if there is any one in the ashland KY area hit me up if u need a partner;…..

Well I have exactly   5months and 18   days left untill my final PT test for the academy. Yesterday I started running the local high school track again Im doing 3 miles a day running my mile and a half and walking the rest. Alternate days just walking all 3. Ive been focussing on my food intake and pretty proud of where I came from….  so far……  Im doing my push ups on walking days along with my sit ups…. I know my physical fitness is in good shape but it is the weight thats holding me down beyond all means. The weather here is in the 60-70’s so in february I think Im going to get me a sweat suit again and start useing that again to boost up the pace. My supplement Im taking is GNC Thermo Cardio system, for the fact Im to broke to by any real Fat burner that I want like Hydroxycut Max! But hey by the time I buy that fat burner I should be slowing down my progress with just the GNC prouduct and it will boost my results I hope???????? Well any who also if there is any one in my Tristate area of KY Oh and Wv that needs a work out partner let me know I need a die hard partner for real….. Well till next time..

2008! Finally over the hill

The holiday hill is over with and we can all get back with the programe! No more delays because of closeings due to the holidays or weather. I cant wait till the weather is warm enough around 40-50 degrees so I can start running out side again. Ive been running 2 days a week on the treadmil full length of the work out and the other days just running 2 laps as fast and hard as possible and power walking the rest. I love the tread mill because it is easier on your knees but I hate it when i get on the actual road and it is so much harder!!! I was going to try running out side today but there is tons of snow out side god and I know the track is not cleared.. Oh well back to the treadmill.. or bowflex tread climber. Im also staying out of the gym this month because I know it is ram pack like sardines if you get my drift… Well any who in review of my progress photos, Ive seen dramatic diffrences in my arms and legs and stomach area. I plan on keep running like I have and REALLY REALLY focus on my abs like no other. Im not going to lie I hate doing abs like most hate cardio. Im also eatting again like I did in the start of last year only eatting like 8oz of food at a time again and making healthier choices.. Im sure it will produce results well and fast. Well thats it for now Ill be posting more progress photos March Ta Ta  for now…..
