I have some potential in laws i guess you could say in from louisinana. The mother my god is a up tight beaver cleaver trophy wife. And expects the most of the girl to possibly be with her son well she has been telling me what to eat and that i cant eat this and i need to lose weight and its your fault you are like this bla blahhhh blahhhhh shut the hell up you are only making me want to eat more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well any ways  I blew up on her saying you dont know me like that and my history with this shit all my life in high school at my most tiniest people said I was fat i was fat I had a song that weent "i am a fat body yes i am i am a fat body yes i am, I look like a ham" I swear this whole time has made me not want a relationship with her son. because i vowed to never marry in a family ect that i cant get along with because in the future it just causes troubles.  her other two sons have perfect petette wives or girl friends. Ect this one!!! Im the proublem, last time i checked you are supposed to pig out on the holidays right? Well I hope this women blows up and becomes fat and lives in my shoes for once ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

HEY ALL WENT TO OLD NAVY TODAY AND GOT A PAIR OF SWEETHEAT JEANS IN SIZE 16′S LONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG OMG OMG WELL iT IS KINDA SNUG AT FIRST AND A LITTLE FIGHT TO BUTTON BUT HEY I CAN WEAR THEM AND NOT HAVE CAMEL TOE LOL LOL LOL IM SO HAPPY I CANT REMEMBER THE LAST TIME I GOT A PAIR OF 16′S MY OLD NAVY 18 REGS ARE BAGGY NOW BUT STILL WEARABLE. MY WEIGHT HAS WENT BACK UP TO 240 TAKE A LITTLE A FEW DAYS HOWEVER IM GAINING MUSCLE IN MY DESSIGNATED AREAS. MY BUTT AND STOMACH HOLD MOST OF MY WEIGHT I THINK ACCORDING TO PICS SO IM FOCUSSING ON ADDING MUSCLE MASS TO MY STOMACH AND BACK TO EVEN THINGS OUT SOME YOU KNOW WELL ANY WHO IM STILL FOCUSSING ON RESULTS AND CANT WAIT TO SHOW U UPDATED PHOTOS JAN 1 KEEP WORKING HARD PEEPS LOVES YENS

I found out from a fellow GNC employee friend of mine and she said they are selling it for like 59.99 a box. This seems to be the only place to get the prouduct for now so we may not have the oppertunity of "shopping around"

Okay, As you can see I havent enterd a weight in, photos, diet or work out plan for a while. Well thats because Im waiting till Jan 1, 08 to do so. So that you guys can see the changes from the past 2-3 months. Big Ones! Along with use the latest ones as my befores for 2008. Recalculate my goals ect…. feel me? Well any who, I wll on the other hand tell you guys what Im eatting on a daily basis starting today! That is Oatmeall and 3 stripes of turkey bacon for meal 1# Meal #2, a yogurt mixed with protien powder to a pudding texture. Meal 3# Salad with chicken breast Meal #4 protien shake. Meal five a lean meat with a seving of veggies….

My work consist of Cardio on Mondays Wensday, Fridays for 45 minutes to an hour or more. Military Push ups till maxed out.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays. Weight train for the whole body. Military sit ups for 50 reps.

Saturdays, Cardio for 30 Minutes Sauna for 30 Minutes and ABSSSSS Till they fell like a corset. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have however still taking some progress photos to just seee where Im at. Ive seen major changes in my upper body, (arms, neck and shoulders) My lower body is just my calves and thighs.

I cant wait to show u guys my progress pics Jan 1…
