Finally dropping weight again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay well I went back up to 240 something, and just platued for like 3 weeks thats why I didnt log my weight in for a while because I vowed the next time I log weight in I will lost some since the las log in. Well I started the Atkins diet 15 programe like 4 days ago and dropped back down to what u see now on the charts,, Ill keep u posted laterz

THIS IS GOING TO BE SHORT AND SWEET! IM STILL IN THE POLICE ACADEMY,

WE ARE DOING SELF DEFENSE ECT, LOVING IT AND WE ARE MAKING OUT WITH THE CARPET DAILY! SO MUCH I FEEL LIKE IM CHEATING ON SOME ONE LOL LOL

CARPET BURNS ARE PROVING MY DETERMINATION, BRUISED BACK IS SHOWING THE WEIGHT I AM CARRYING IS TOO MUCH. AND THE SWEAT IS SWEETNESS!

THIS LITTLE GIRL OTHER THAN ME CANT DO THE SHIT, AND WELL IM KEEPING UP WITH THE BOYS IF NOT DOING FREAKING OUTSTANDINGLY BETTER THAN THEM!!!!!! OORRRRRRRRRRRRAHHHHHHHHHHHH

 IM SORE AS HECK AND WELL GOING TO HAVE TO FIGHT THROUGH IT AND BITE THE RAG AND JUST FRUCKING DO THE DAMN THING!!!!

OH YEA STILL DOING POWER 90 ALSO AFTER CLASSES

PS IM NOT BITCHING IM BRAGGING WITH PAIN INFLICTED INTHUSSIASSIM ( DONT MIND THE SPELLING IN A RUSH)

WE DO 4 HOURS OF THIS STUFF NIGHTLY THE WEIGHT SHOULD START PLUMETTING OFF THE CHARTS I HOPE SO. WELL ILL BE COMPLETLY DONE WITH THE COLON CLEANSE TONIGHT I THINK AND WHEN I AM I HOPING ON LIPO 6 REGULAR AGAIN!

Police academy PT test results on oct, 13 2007

OKay peeps the results are in!!!

I passed my Push ups and sit ups with the minimum required and with plenty of time to spare.

My run well i shedded a min or so off and it was 22: somthing!! I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW

Any who the good news is that girl that loved to make comments of my weight and fitness well she chickend out and didnt show, so it was me against all the boys and men. My buddy that is around 40 did outstanding and missed his run pass time by two seconds i know i feel for him but still pat him on the back with a big hug…

I did not puke, however there were around 4 -5 guys that did lol lol lol  beautiful and i did more push ups then some guys. This was a awsome experience because it showed the skinny guys that u dont have to be skinny to be fit, there were big boys that did better than the fit looking guys.  ect. One guy well I just hope he got a big wake up call and takes it more seriously from now on……..

Second of all now that the guys relize how hard this is i brought up to the instructors that we need to incorporate PT in to are training nights at least when they are instructing you feel me???

Oh yea, get this the guys well showed some more respect for me because I have the option to do girly push ups and the manly military push ups… I went balll to balll, it dont matter if theres are gentic and mine well very detailed imagined lOLOL I did the military push ups, even though MY form was slightly off they gave it to me any how because i chose the hardest ones and didnt take the easy street OOHHHHHHHRAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH TOM BOYS ROCK AND KICK ASSSS PLUS WE ARE JUST HOTTER BECASUE WE GIVE GUYS RUN FOR THERE MONEY,,,,,,lol lol llol
Oh yea im still doing power 90 just restarting Monday due to the pt test i didnt want to work out for 2 days because i didnt want to beat my self…

and ill have my own internet this comming friday…….

Power 90 dvd’s

Hey thanks to my buddy pretty ricky, he gave me his old Power 90 dvds!!!!

THANKS BUDDY (HUGS)

I was about to buy power 90x but i think it would be wise to start this off first and commit to it,

Day one will be Monday the 8th of Oct.. Ill take the montly photos untill the end of the first cycle. We can see what happens here. I preveiwed the work outs already and they are awsome no equipment necessary just maybe a resistance band or something. I think im just going to get some ankle weights and rist weights thats it. I know this is the right type of work out for me because I need a out standing home work out that will bust the bootay that i am soo blessed with, not to mention the type of fitness it aimes for. The strong, athletic, flexible fitness a police officer needs.

Well Monday Ill take my stats and get on the ball with this programe im sooo stokedddddd

Ps Ill obviously have to continue my running and push ups and sit ups for the academy ill include those 2 times a week.

Im getting ready to move so fogive the long returns and delayed blogs in the future. Far as i know the pt testing is still october 13th. Im kinda worried but i know my adreniline will kick in and ill blow them away showing that im not out of shape like the think i am. The police academy is still going good, and of course im having issues with the only other chick than my self. She burted out that i do every thing as if im brown noseing, well i dont see no one else jumping to help **** them! our commander is a highly respectable, busy man and appriciated all the help he can get! Besids i will do any thing to help any one and be there for them untill they **** me over and well this 6 inches of clevage and liguid make up and acrylic has burnt this bridge before is was built.. she should relize how much i can help her beings how i have been through this before! Freaking idiots i hate scandolis broads! well any who im going for a run first in a long while i need to get out of this damn rut! well till next time peeps. keep sweating and paying them dues hoorahhhhhhhhhh
