Day 8 of 28! Still counting down!
Monday, August 27th, 2007WOW! 8 Days passed already! And nothing to show for it with this dang work out…….. What the heck man???????? I did all his reps work out laid out last week and all the cardio he wanted me to do. For what? To get so sick on Fri and Sat and on Sunday see that I gained 8 pounds of water weight!!!!!!!! Im really starting to second guess the routien.. ANY PROS OUT THERE PLEASE LOOK AT MY BLOG FOR THE DIET AND MY WORK OUT PLAN TO TELL ME YOUR OPPION!!
I havent lost one freaking pound this week with all that cardio. I got back from the gym just a few minutes ago and I was so pissed… My Push ups felt like spaghetti, and the whole thing did…. I got so mad and up set i left early and for got about the last 3 exercises.(BUT I STILL FEEL THE BURN AND PUMP) Im still going to try and make it through this week and if nothing for getta bout it… Ill go back to my own routien, of just push ups, sit ups, and 3 milers a day.. Beings how that is what i need to focus on for the police academy pt testing!!!!

Sunday, August 26th, 2007Well I litterally just got back from a run around the park here and it felt good to sweat but dannnnggg!
My calves got super duper tight to the point it felt like i couldnt point my toes!!!
Ouch!!! I think it is because I wore my Nike Shoxs? This was the first time I wore these shoes in for ever. and thats
the first time my legs hurt that much also……..
But all and all i walked a whole lap and then lightly jogged the rest from there on! I did keep going a decent distance. I think well I know could better than what i did today!!!! Well all we can do it do it and get used to it little by little and take it day for day!

Wednesday, August 22nd, 2007Okay, well i did my whole entire work out today again! Im pushing through slowly but surly…. the key to this work out is to just do it dont worry how fast i do it or that i follow each set immediatly after another… Just do it If it takes me all day i am going to do it any ways. Eventually it will get easier… As for the muscle pains they left with that magic potassium pill and a good icey hot rub down… today i sweated and worked so hard it wasnt funny i was dragging on the end of half hour of my cardio on the tread mil. Whew, this looks insain to a normal person. But you know there is nothing better then saying man today at the gym i did this much cardio and this and this and the person listening is in awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww like damn this chick is hard core….. thats an awsome benefit of this crap…………… GOTTTA LOVE THIS SHIT MANNNN!!!!!!!!! TALK TO U GUYS TOMARROW PEACE

Tuesday, August 21st, 2007This new work out has got me doing mad reps! Im feeling it! LEt me tell you guys, If i dont see any MAJOR I MEAN MAJOR CHANGES on pic day the 17th of Sept Im going to freak out! I have been doing my cardio. But breaking it up alot, thank the lord i have a Bowflex tread climber or I would never make all this cardio! People are saying i am freaking nutz for doing this but they must not have the drive that i do? I really want to do we in this academy and start my career finally. I was married to an ass and made it out with no children or tie downs. I want to make up for lost time and I want to do so well in this academy there is no excuses your girl push up jokes about it!!!!!
Well any who like i said i am hurting! my whole upper body, bi’s tri’s omg delts, and upper traps my lord. I need a hot spring massage dange it! I have been popping half a dose of Ib profen to minimize the swelling and useing ice hot like crazy.. Lets just say I am going to sleep well the rest of this month….
Police academy NEWS!
Saturday, August 18th, 2007OKAY WELL SO FAR SOOO GOOD!!!! I got finger printed today and the enitial start of this evolution is Sept 17, yea next month. Good news is that I am not going to have to actually get maced, thanks the lord because ONCE is going to last a life time of memories!!! HELLO! Second is I have a start PT test with in the first 9 weeks of the academy, then i have to train my self all year and passs a pt test at the Columbus Ohio police dept at the end of school… I scanned the form of my PT regulations, and when it comes to “D” I want to do the testing according to the mens NOT the womens I was to GI JANE this shit lol lol. As you can tell I am feeling better!!!!!!! And Ill feel even better once that first day of the police academy starts, so for now my job is to lose as much poundage befor sept 17th!!!

I havent been this depressed in a longgg time!
Friday, August 17th, 2007the last time i was this depressed was may of 2005 when i was going to get the surgery and then i just gained even more weight. I dont know what else i can do, i work out 5 days a week and watch my portions and what i eat super carful, count my calories i dont drink soda it just isnt in me i dont crave it. my cheat days of on fridays. ect what am i supposed to do? I have cried alll day since this happens i have a head ache and just want to eat more to take my mind off it. Why am i even trying for the police academy? or the army? evey thing i want to do is revoulved around my height and weight ratio. I guess i just need to become a hair dresser or secretary that way i am hidden behind a desk or my client. I dont have to wear a uniform or change them in with my increasing size ect. I just lap band surgery and donations?

Skipping a day at the gym, results in making up alot of home work!!!
Monday, August 13th, 2007So Friday i had to skip the gym on leg day. And as we all know i am so motivated to compete in march of 08. So because of this I vowed to make up my missed leg day. I did all of my leg routien and my chest routien, it took almost 3 hours! But I did it and I can walk out the door proudly, chin up! However i did skip cardio, Im sure u can understand why?
Well other than that all and all I had another awsome work out, I was a chick that was working in between sets of two guys with the 20 pound dumb bells lol it was coolll and well neat to show the boy i can keep up with them!!! :-p Along with all this awsomness, my gym own says i quote " I CAN SEE A MAJOR DIFFRENCE IN YOU UPPER BODY AND YOUR GEARS HAVE KICKED IN HIGH GEAR, KEEP THIS UP AND U WILL BE SPONSERD BY THE GYM ON THAT STAGE" that just made my day it is amazing how some words like that can really help u hold your chin up!

Tuesday, August 7th, 2007OKAY I DID DAY TWO OF MY WORK OUT DAY AND IT WAS AWSOME!!!!!! I STARTED OUT WITH THE WEIGHT TRAINING AND FELT THE PUMP OF ALLL. I WAS SO PUMPED I FELT LIKE I COULD GO IN THE MOVIE 300 AND KICK A$$$$$ LOL YEA I KNOW THEN I DID MY 45 MIN CARDIO ON THE BIKE AT FAT BURNING PACE AND I SWEATED AT LEAST 10 POUNDS OFF! These types of work outs motivate you so so much it aint funny… Well any ways I talked to my gym owner of my plans to compete in March he thinks I have to compete at 125!!!!! theres just no way for my body shape I dont think, well any ways! Just to double check my sources i am going to beverly int competion work shop and getting the real advice and the right advice!!!!
