Okay sooooo i went along with my planned out routien again, but I dont know my runs are sucking and my push ups well they just are not getting better!!!! On my so called runs I end up walking 75 % of it becaue my legs gets so tight and my heels are getting tender. I call a pediotrist and they said I most likly have heel spurs yea I know OUCH!!!!!! bUT THE MAIN PROUBLEM IS I dont feel like I worked out unless I have ran ugghhhhhhhh whyyyyyyyyy must I have this mental battle every time, to run or not to run that is the questionnnnn, no mattter if it causes pain, ill just pop 3 advil when i get hoome and sleep it off. If that aint hard core enough I dont know what is? Well any who i am taking my progress pics tomarrow hope you guys speak the truth or so help you god…. Peace!

Okay, well as you faitfuls know i want to joing the military! Well for those of you who dont know, the military has a height and weight chart they go according to…. The ARMY required me at a height of 64 inches or 5′4 to weight 147 at the most if not you get a "tape test" the NAVY dose the same thing the max weight i can have with them are 154 then the tape test. So I know I am a descusting FAT BODY right now, but I had to go and see how far I am from my goals and just get a starting point with them! So they can see that I am serious about this stuff…. Well the ARMY measured me over clothing in the designated areas here is what we got…
HIPS 53 INCHES (i got naked 49.8)
WAIST 42 INCHES (42)
NECK 15 INCHES (14.5)
SO FROM NOW ON I AM GOING TO GO ACCORDING to the ARMYS mesurments on my measure chart on body space.
The NAVY, and the ARMY both know that i am motivated to do this and finally get in on my own. So they said if I come back in a month with some lower numbers all the way around, they are going to start pt’ ing with me! Thats what I need because a lot of chicks that I know dont work out like I do… Anddd that well sucks! Because it is harder doing it alone… But I am baring with that hurdle already and making steady progress. SO! Today is a start of a new kind of work out, harder, sweatier, and gain through pain. Then I only remember from the days of when i was joining the first time.. I want to go to basic training and it be a breeeeeezeee for me to make it in out of………. As for starting today well it is raining cats and dogs so i am going to do my push ups till failure. Ill be keeping ya all posted, i am going to by some army and navy PT SHIRTS LOL LOL WHAT BETTER MOTIVATION?

Well, I guess you can say that I am a live example of life changing makes the diffrence huh? I started this revolution in my life on December 28th of 2006! weighing a whopping 264, now I am a even 30 pounds down!!!! Woooo hooo, I can see it in my pictures now, feel it in my clothes, and just feel it in my body!!!!! reflection periods like this can really motivate me, I am just proud to say I am finally doing this!!!! On my own, would you guys believe that May 12th of 2006 I was laying on a bed to be rolled away for gastric bypass surgery? Yea I know, but i was laying down and saw this commercial for the army and it kick me in gear again for some reason, i told my self i use to be really fit what happpend ect. And I got mad at my self and didnt do the surgery… Some times I wish i did for the fact I would already be to my goal weight but hey I know I wouldnt have appriciated as much as i am now…… Tomarrow we will see how far I am from my first goal weight of 230 I cant wait!!!!!!!! Also I am going to include weight training in my routiens now!!!! to jump start my body fat burning again… Ill post it on here later on to night, thanks so so much people for visiting me on here on a regular basis… You dont know how much it helps, and I hope I am motivatin others out there as well.. Soon enough Ill be in the military again woooo hoooo HOOOOAHHHHHH

OKAY, i havent weighed my self in a long while, like a week and a half because I have been to scared to see what the scales said.. So i am sitting here board and the scale is calling my name, I did it and was surprized that i actually LOST 2 POUNDS! yeaaaaa I am so happy, I justt gotta keep doing this till my soldier comes back from the sand lot

I used to hate this number saying I am fat, a pig, and sing my Fat girl tuned to the sound of bat man. Now I am almost estatic! The first time I bought a size 16 in a while, I think was bak at Fort Polk, Louisiana????????? Any who I know they are 14/16 MS But hey I remember just a few months a go I had to go to layne bryant and get a size 18/20 and they were snugg a little bit. So this is one of those day and times that you want to just jump up and down for joy and actually boast about, but you the skinny ppl around you will never understand. so u celebrate inside and of course on BOdyspace.com!
Alright now as for my push up’s they are comming along! I am doing 2 some what decent ones now lol lol I know! I am still doing 3 sets of 15 every other days along with the push up standing position. I am sure they will get easier with the weight as it goes down. Well thats that for now peeps take care and work out hard, and pay your daily dues……

Well I did 45 miuntes on the bycycle and 3 sets of ten on abs bench, leg press, back row, and some barbell curls. I looked in the gym mirror and actually saw a diffrence!!!! I cant wait to actually hit my 230 pound mark that will deffinatly be a going to the gym celebration! I am almost there, just gotta keep pushing it! As for the pains and creeks well my knees were feeling it mostly today compared to my heel, it is going back and forth for now. so I just gotta pay attention to my body, I have the tendensy to push to hard because i get in the mentallity that i am fit again like i was at a 170 pounds! I am not there yet but will be soon. Well thats for that now . Till next time!

Well today I made it to the gym, but had to power walk and do the bicycle. I researched and found that I have a small stress fracture in my left heel. Sooo I am taking it easy on the running right now and really working the fat burn pace, which wont hurt me to do any ways. My push ups are getting better also! tonight I did 3 sets of 5 doing them as good as possible in form wise and then at the end of each set I would just rest in the up postion for a minute to burn the muscles, rest for a few then do it again. I ready that the fastest way to improve my push ups is just do them to the best form u can and work out you lower back. So i also did lower back raises too. Illl keep you posted on the push up thing and heel proublems.

Well did another work out with my gym owner just letting him kick my fatttt a$$$$$$$$ oh yea!
Well I ran like a total of 50min Keeping my heart rate pounding at around185-190 Just really humping my fatttness in to submission! Loved it as always and cant wait till another however my anckle are really hurting right now! ahhhhh that like 4 inches just on the outter side behind the ankle and in front on my heel bone. If any one knows that is this let me know I would love to know?
Any ways got called up for a job and have to do a PT test on moday but i am joing to post pone till the following class for the fact that I dont feel right working on a ARMY base and being sloppy like i am in apperance. I have to do a PT test of the following
12 minute 1 mile run ( i got that no proub)
30 sit ups in 1 min (no proub)
12 push ups ! min (thats the big deal)
man I get soooo mad at my self just because of the fact ill get good and the push ups and then i get lazy and lose the juice for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHY OH WHY DO I DO THIS! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
ONE QUESTION THOUGH, whats the best push of position for a female? I found tonight that it is some what easier with my hands in closer! Hmmmmm I guess my ex was kinda cheating huh?

I was looking at my progress pics, and kinda drawing that sharpie pen over what i want to make dissapear. Well the majore proublem I see right now is my stomach so mabey if i continue this crazy cardio and diet and really nail the abb routiens daily I can make a derastiv change by that special day. Any good ab exercises let me know.

Had the owner of the gym train me today for my deadline. Any ways I told him to kick my a$$$ and he did, and got impressed he said I did awsome like an athlete and was impressed i worked sooo hard and weighing what i do now. Any who, He had me on the treadmill and kept my heart rate around 165-and up! then acasionally he allowed me to drop down to 155 HR any ways it was a awsome change and I feel really proud of my self to not have whined and cried like a lot of ppl and just stuck it ans sweated it out!!!!! What a great work out wooo hooooo I am so pumped. Well I am going to do some lower ab work.
