Well I went to the park and made it around one good lap and the walk there and back! Totalling to about 1.75 miles round trip, I left early because it started lightning and raining really hard. But it felt awsome running in the rain, when i wasnt walking to catch my breath! My calves, shines are soo sooo tight right now but hey I gotta re condition them all over again! I loved it! I missed it so much but I gotta pace my self! So I dont over do my knees to soon and then cant run no more. I tend to really drop the weight when i walk and run. I sweat up a storm and focus on the battle of pushing my self that extra lil distance. You runners know what I am talking about?
also i went to the local bicycle shop here in town,I am trying to find a good used CHEAP road bike there is this local bike club here that I want to join to meet other active people, I really feel that the more active people you have in your life the better chance you have to keep that life style going. Like the saying goes you are who you hang with right?
Well I am feel stinky sweat and worked out Its awsome I payed my dues for today I think……

hey peoples, well we have been moved in for like a week now. got food in the house and been exercising regularly. I have been eatting super super lean. such as the following
breakfest - a small serving of oat meal
snack- 20 almonds 17 pecans
lunch - one whole grain tortilla with 2 slices of lean lunch meat and a slice of chees
snack - a slim fast shake or protien shake
dinner 4 cups of fruit. such as cherries, strawberrys, and raspberries.
So needless to say I been a real good girl and i lost 3 pounds this past week!
Well i feel way less bloated and I am wearing a shirt i havent worn in over a year! I am feelin good, and getting the urg to start running again. I am going to go nike running.com and get me some running tracks to down load and start running, like 2 minutes and wallking5 minutes. till i complete my 3 miles.
Starting July first i am going to start useing weights again just 5 pounders though.
Well thats taht for now thanks for being patient with me and keeping me motivated.

Well i am still angry with my self from last posting ahhhhh and well i did it again yesterday! However i seen a very huge improvment in my eatting, by that i mean. Me and julio went to this restraunt called SCIOTO RIBBERS we been hearing tons of people talking about it. Well, we didnt eat all morning to go there, we got two rib strips and a steak, i got onlion rings I ate both of my ribs and a lil of my steak and half of my onion rings. The portions here are fit for a cave man let me tell you! well then after that, we went to dinner with our friend that night and to be polite we ordered but hardly ate any of it well today we ate the left overs, and ate fast food because we were moving in to our new house ughhhhhh. Any ways, THE GOOD NEWS IS…. The house we moved in to is the house a block from that park i go to , to walk around.. and we can get out treadclimber out of storage and i can use that also…. so tomarrow things will be less hectic and i can get back on track. and kick the fat out of my asss lol lol and look hot for this wedding i am going to be attending in july 21st… so now it is too you people to give me some words of encouragment love ya guys.

OKAY PEOPLE, WELL I WEIHED IN TODAY AT 240 EVEN. I GAINED 2 OUNCES LOL ANY WHO IT WAS MOTIVATION BECAUSE I KNEW I WAS KINDA BACK SLIDING. ANY WAYS I HAVE A WEDDING I AM GOING TO ATTEND IN JULY 21ST, I WANT TO BE AT LEAST 215 BECAUSE NO ONE HAS SEEN ME SCINCE I WAS 264! I WANT TO HEAR THOSE WORDS OHHH WOW KELLIE, ANY WHO I MADE A PLAN OF ATTACK LAST NIGHT AT WORKI AM WORKING OUT 6 DAYS A WEEK AND BEING BEYOND STRICKT ON MY CALORIE INTAKE….. ANY WHO I KNOW I WAS BEING BAD HIS PAST WEEK AND NOW THE SCALES SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE! WELL ILL SCANN MY PLAN LAY OUT, TO SHOW YOU GUYS. WELL SORRY I CANT EXPLAIN MY DALEMA RIGHT NOW I AM IN A HURRY. OH YEA JUST GOT DONE WALKING 2.40 MILES, TODAY AND I AM DOWN TO BUISNESS………..

Okay people today i ate the mc donalds steak egg n cheese bagle, with hash brown and water ugh how dare i right? then later on today i munched on some dried fruit, then 2 ounces of turkey sausage at work, a yougurt 60cals, a slim fast, then the munchies hit me hard as i dont know what ugh ugh whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy i orderd the only delievery place to my work and got 6 buffalo bonless wings which really seemed like chicken nuggets, broccoli and cheese bites, and onion petals a small baggy of them….. OKAY OKAY I KNOW IT IS WRONG I AM SO GOING TO HAVE NIGHT MARES.. WHY DID I DO THIS I DONT KNOW I FEEEL SO SO SOS OS OS BAD AND MY FACE WELL IT IS SO POORING THE GREASE THAT I ATE OUT EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I FEEL SO DEGUSTING GROSS REPULSIVE, WRONG, BETRAYING, AHHHHHHHHH (CRYING)

It is around 12 noon i am going to so take a nap and get ready for work today at 4-midnight again. I have been doing so so much lately and havent worked out like i wanted to very much. but i can say this one thing though i felt for my love handles on my obliques and they are pratically gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! like it is just smooth all the way down but i still feel it slightly at the lower end of my rib cage. I had to buy a new pair of pants the others i had well were way to baggy to the point the zipper kept comming undone by its self lol how awsome is that. I just gotta keep rolling with the punches, it dont matter how much i lose a week it matter that i at lose some weight it dont matter because it all adds up just the same!

Well yesterday I went to the gym again did a hour of cardio 30 on the elliptical and 30 on the bike. I also did abs really good 50 sit ups on the decline ab bench and 50 on the ball 50 oblique crunches with the dumbell on each side 50 leg extension lifts with ten reps of flutter kicks at each set. 10 of the best guy push ups i can then 30 of really fast hard girl push ups! My tris were killing me afterwards, but i was also sweating up a stomre god i love it when i walk out the gym and people know i busted my ass! Well as for today I gotta work 4-12 midnight and go pay rent and deposits on my new place ! I cant wait to move it in wooo hooooo. Later peeps

Today me and my friend didnt make it out in time to go walking so i decided to go to wal mart and buy a couple of work out DVDs that way we could work up a sweat in the house. I got HIP DANCING rouck your body and dancing with the starz ball room dance routiens. We did the hip hop one to night and let me tell you that was a awsome work out! HELLO, muscles that i have got re aquainted with, and sweat was just a pouring down us. By the time we finish our clothes were soaked and we laughed up a storm feeling like idiots. But He me and April pulled togeather had fun with and imagined our selves in the club using this routien when we get skinny lol lol lol lol Thats so so so funny any who it was a awsome change of pace and that hour went as fast westarted the thing. Well peeps I must go and get ready for bed gotta work tomarrow, yea i do work its amazing huh????
