Well i saw one big detail today that stood out, last months pics i couldnt bring my bikini bottom above my tattoo now today it was well over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I weighed in today also I am now officially at the 20 pounds down mark now i have only 119 more pounds to go. Slowly but surly. I am really happy that i came this far, and i am doing it so healthy like with out any major binges and falling off the work out wagon. Not to mention the major impact of Lipo 6X has made! When I am done with my weight loss i am going to e mail Nutrex my story and send them the link to my body space. Who knows i maybe be the new Lipo 6X girl?
Well ill keep what i am doing going strong. JUST TAKING IT DAY FOR DAY, AND IF I DO, DO SOMETHING BAD I LL JUST PICK UP WHERE I LEFT OFF WE ARE ALL HUMAN.

well Monday is my weight in and progress pictures for the this week and the month of may! I am so nervouse to see the same thing as i did last month. Because of that darn platue of trying beverly international prouducts errrrrrrr I feel like i wasted so much time with them! Now I am back on lipo6X I started it back up this past thursday, that being …..3.5 days ago! So hopfully I will see 244 at least! That will raise my hopes up some, any who tomarrow i am going for an extra heavy duty work out with my girl instead of doing 1.5 laps of the park we are going to do 2 at a higher pace. Then weigh are selves in after, we both feel like we are retaining water weight badly!
I know it is good to have alot of fluids but for you skinny people out there fat people store water beyond your imagination okay! Lol dont take offense. Also I got a little bit of motivation today I went and saw my brother i havent seen in like 2-3 months and he said he didnt see no major results god that made me want to work harder and show him next time. But I was glad to hear he is now working out now!
Well bodyspace friends I hope to hear many good encouraging comments from you in this time of tension!

Well just got back from walking around the park (1 x = 1.20 mile) we walked it 1.5 times! because it started to rain on us. I ran with my dog oagie bear a little bit of the way while my friend and her husband and my fiance caught up. I had to get my heart beat up! I dont feel like i worked out good unless i break a good decent sweat!!!!!! If i dont i feel as if i just had a regular stroll through a store, any who we took my 2 dogs Oagie and twinkie and they loved it also. I also cant wait to move in to our house which is 2 blocks away from this park. me and Oagie are going to hit that path every evening! Well any who my friend april did a awsome job beings how she was pushing her babies stroller you go girl!!!!! Well day after tomarrow new progress pics for the month of May!!!!!!!!

This monday i take some more progress photos! I really hope I can see a diffrence! I also have weight in too, hopefully this Lipo 6X really hammers the nail. I Cant wait to see the scales go to 230’s something comfertably! My first goal is 230 That will be a Body Blog field day of self reflection and concentraiting on my mental strength to keep going and also focus on how I can make it a habit to not go above what i have lost already. I am really reading Oxygen mag and Muscle and fitness hers, along with watching alot of fitness shows like Work out and celeberty fit club.. These kind of things keep me focused and motivated and help me analyze my self through others you know? LIke when I was watching the celeberty fit club today and one of the people said some thing that really made me think. He is scared to death of food! He has already lose like 80 pounds and needs to shead 30 more. I hope i dont get to scared of food to the point he did. I get scared of food also, scared of being around it because I may fall in to that unconsious state of numbness that ill be numb to what i am consumming and ignor the fact that my stomach is no long screeming for food. I am doing better though, my mom made us go to Pizza Hut yesterday and get the buffet ( she catched our bill) I tried to argue it with her but she didnt care beings how she has accepted her 270 pound frame! So when i went there I ate a huge salad with one spoon of dressing then some pizza. I tried to get full off the healthy salad then go for the junk you know? I know I could have just totally ate the salad by its self, but i still feel odd eatting clean around people like my mom and stuff when i go out to eat. However i am dealing with it day by day and thats the key………..

Well today is my second day on Lipo 6X and I havent felt nothing major out of it Yet, because i am taking it for the these two days after I eat. I do this because I want it in my system fairly okay, but tomarrow i start it the right way! Before I eat, The sales right now after eatting and all says 248 so i should be around 245 still or 244 I am not sure until Monday morning. I am going to take a water pill here in a min i feel so bloated god i hate that my family holds water easy, easy, but any who as for the work out today i didnt get to go to the track or gym for the fact my fiance got off work early and we had to go settle with our house we are starting to rent on the 15th and then we looked for furniture yeaaaa. We took a nap then i did like a hour of ABS i layed in the floor and did abs durring the commercials of my two favorite shows and varried the things i were doing i did some revers crunches regular cruches, risistance ball, so on. So hopfully ill be feeling those good tomarrow. But tomarrow i am going to the track or the park and really sweat it out some before my friend april meets up with me, then continue with her. Oh did i mention that my new home is only 2 block away from the central park that is 1.20 miles one time a round woooo hooo and closer to the gym yea baby.

Well beings how the regular Lipo 6 has done so good for me i figured ill do the Lipo 6X and hopfully producess matching results or more better ones? I dont know we will have to keep an eye out on the weight chart this comming monday ans see what happens.

Me and april walked the 1.20 loop 1 and a half times today! She is getting better and better little by little, i am focussing on her getting out there at least 3 times a day and today i gave her that 8oz tupper wear cup to measur out 2 cups of food each time she eats, i also told her to eat that much every time she senses her stomach to growling.
Also, if you have looked at my weight chart you can tell i lost 1 pound now beings how i started up lipo 6 again! If that aint enough proof for you i dont know what is.
Well hopefully i am down to the 230’s by may or the middle of?

Well me and julio were going to the gym but he didnt feel good so i ended up walking with my friend april today at centeral prak. It is such a good change to go walking there one time around the park makes a mile point 10. It goes so fast, and just a breath of fresh air. My friend april she came with me and is doing good on her part, i am still not pushing her like crazy but i am easing her in to it. I think Ill post a pic of us working out tomarrow just to give a little better visual of us? Any who I am going to have to start working out 2 a day i think once at the gym with my fiance and then with her. I really want to lean out and hit at least 200 before the end of summer. Give me prayers peeps.

First off i didn cardio today but lightly my knee was still kinda hurting from yesterday. As for these new supplments i am on from beverly international, i am about to pitch them to my fiance. i have been on this stuff for a couple of weeks now and i dont feel nothing, i dont see no movement on the scales, not even energy boost! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh if I dont see nothing my monday i am going to finish the 10 lipo 6 pills i have left then buy some more! Because honestly that is the only diet pill that has did something for me and helped the scales move at a safe 2-3 pounds a week! Well any ways i am almost ready to go the bed now it is a early 9pm oh my goodness this stuff is really sucking in my eyes. I thiink julio will do much better on it than me for the fact that i have way more BF to get rid of than him. So anyways that is what is up with me today.

Well today i deffinatly should have broke that dang plataue! I went to the gym and did a 5k of 3.07miles in a hour and 5 minutes. I walked 0.20 of a mile at 2.8 mph and then ran 0.10 at 4.o mph. i am pacing my self because of my knees it felt good to sweat and work out hard you know? Theres just something about that feeling of waking out of the gym sweaty and exhausted knowing you work hard and earned that new dress size while others look at you woundering where you dig in to to get in to a work out that hard core. Well after that y friend april called me and wanted to do the track so i met her and we walked 2 miles and did some toning on the track. Her name on here is aydansmommy loook her up and give her some encouraging words she is just getting in to it and needs it.
Well any ways today was awsome!
