Well today i went to the high school track and did 3 miles with my friend from junior high and through out high school. She wants to lose alot of weight also and weighs around the same but i have way more muscle any ways she did the 3 miles in 2 hours and was a trooper and we agreed to meet 3 times a week there for her to get back in to shape it was fun and cant wait to do it again.

Well after the painfull week and so on. I am back on track i made it to the gym today and did 70 minutes of treadmill cardio i completed a 5k walk on it going a pace of slowest 2.6 - 2.9 the fastest. I am focussing on walking at a fat burning pace as you can see why hello? But now i am going to do a total body work out 2 times a week with light weights and those ressistance tubes, with high reps of 3 sets of 15 then 2 sets of 10 on each exercise. I am focussing on cutting up and burning this month. I am going to continue useing Lipo 6 but i am gettin Lipo 6x this weekend comming up. I have noticed a dramatic diffrence in my weight loss with that supplement in my diet and i am going to continue it till it loses it edges as well get that AMP supplement to take one only if i am dog tired and lipo 6x isnint giving me that boost i need.
Well till nexk time peeps Oh ill be posting new pics up sunday the 1st in a bikini i bought just for my fitness pics. It is always better if you use the same outfit right?

Hey everybody as you can see i havent worked out very much this week well there is two good reasons. One being on saturday the 24th of march me and julio did a 4 mile hike then on sunday the 25th we did a 8 mile hike around that national forest lake that is like 3 miles behine my house. Well for all you non hikers out there, we did this hike in 4 hours and 38 minutes with full back packs containing. a full camal pack water bladder, snacks, two extra water bottles, a knife, 3 flash lights each, first aid kit and snake bite kit and so on so the pack weighed like 15-20 pounds. when we go we go prepared! We started at 4:50 pm and got done at 9:15 give or take a few minutes. Being on the foot hills of the appalachin mountains this meant some crazy turains and hills, ect to walk through it was rated a advanced trail. Any who the next few days till like wensday we could barely walk our calves we so so so tight! Julio was fine then and i had to deal with the custody issue of my niece. So i dont want u guys to think that I was slacking but really i was healing and rebuilding my self.
It was a great test for my physical fitness, most people my weight couldnt do this challenging of a hike! So I am proud of my self, and cant wait to do it again after loseing more weight and seeing how much easier it gets every time! I have allways loved hikeing and will continue to do it and more now that i am up in the mountains where it is more common than the flat lands of the south. I would love to eventually love to hike the trail of tears and the grand canyon. Some day soon.

Well our gym closes at 4 on saturdays, so we decided to go hiking at the national forest behind my house litterally like 3 miles to the entrance! Any who we did just that, a totall of like 3-4 miles but it seems like more because we were gone for so long to the point my mom almost called the rangers station lol. But we got some great pics out of the adventure, and saw some caves and so on. Im posting apics of us in a cave check it out and go get some outdoor cardio ull love it!

Its raining and pooring, not only i am down because i am sore from the roman deadlifts! Yesterday, I did what i forgot to do on Tuesday and now i am paying for it i feel totally drained and over trained! I worked my biceps, triceps, shoulder shrugs, rear dealts, all my back, lower back raises, roman dead lifts (not used to those) and leg curls, on top of 50 min intense cardio. I thought i was doing my self good for making up what i forgot the day before but ended up hurting my self in the long run!
If you havent notice this is a new work out routien, i split my days up like a routien from adela garcia and got the work outs from oxygen mag. So you can so this is a professional level routien. I have decided i am going to continue this work out routien untill it is no longer hard for me, i am not affraid to admit this has been a bit of a challenge for the body! But seems to be putting out the results. As Arnold said if you cant break through that barrer of pain then you cant make it to the top level.
So today what i am doing is finishing my home project of the shed and making a 3rd bedroom today we should put the new wall up! I think that is light enough to rest me some but yet, still a physical challenge!

Okay people, im pulling togeather to do my workout diary and thats it! I did all it said on my routien, plus what i relized i for got to do yesterday! Needless to say i am exhausted, not to mention that i also was working on the spare room we are making for my niece to move in when we get custody. I have taken AMP today and i think that is the only reason i have lasted so long today so far! We are gettin pizza tonight and i need the carbs, for sure and my body is going to burn right through it i think. Any ways I am feeling great in the gym still and i can tell a huge diffrence in the gym from loseing just 18 pounds!
Oh just to let you know i posted a pic of me when i was at my skinniest what was i thinking to believe people when they said i was fat then! THEY WERE A BUNCH OF HATERS gauranteed!

Okay, i got this diet supplement sample at the Arnold weekend, it is calle AMP from ERGOPHARM Labs man that stuff is off the chain!!!!! I took only 1 before my work out and it did wounders i powered walked a lil over 2 miles and did a mad abb routien i have listed here. Then i felt the edge wearing off so i poped one more and built a new floor for a storage shed in the back of the house with out this stuff i would have wanted a nap fo sure and didnt need one today! I havent seen that number for a few months maybe scince sept or aug? Any ways I am glad i finally made it to 246 hmm that makes it a total of 18 pounds lost out of my 134! woo hoo I am getting there peoples I really needed to see this scale jump down like that i was starting to get reluctant, you know? Any ways my first mini goal is to get to 200 then after that get to 170 then 150 then 130. Well i start back to the gym today hard as ever! So i am going to go and eat my breakfrest to burn this steam engine of mine and get my booty to the gym later!

Hey peeps well like i said ill be back in the gym starting monday my cold has pretty much gone away, and my energy is back to normal thank goodness. Ill be starting on my work out routien from day way as i layed it out to do and keep on marching forward, i weight my self today and i am 248 so that is good but my official weigh ins are on mondays. Hopefull it will be 248 even at least. Any who i been eatting this recipe from oxygen and it awsome! sauteed veggies and grilled shrimp mmmm mmm goood i love sea food.

I started coughing again so i decided to not work out saturday either and just start back Monday hard core. I really dont like that i been out for the week however i rather be out a week then pluse some so i am just overloading the vitamin C and day quil to kick this out for good. All it has been doing up here is raining and now flurries are comming down so the weather is not one to play with right now.
I had a job interview yesterday and come to find out it looks like i was interviewed for a captains position i hope so i am so ready for leadership, i been in security for 5 years now and not yet had bars on my shirt maybe it is my calling. But I dont want to just settle for security i want to join the army again! Before i got married i was 4 pounds from being in it and then got married and divorced now i feel like i have held my self back for a man that dosent care for me. Now i am planning to do my cardio out side in the sun and sweat it out working out on the track and running my old country roads and start trail bike riding and basketball what ever sports i can find. Hicking also would be awsome to with my dogs and i have canoeing and that sorta thing beings how i live right behind a national forest, what a great way to get in shape this summer and for the rest of my life?? I wanna be ARMY STRONG i miss the military so badly.
