hi all!
Im new to this stuff,so feel free to post any suggestions/questions im willing to learn.
I am back at the gym after a lengthy break from some unfortunate car accidents, but im motivated and back in the swing again. I have been going to the gym again for about 3 weeks now and loving it!
I am happy with the size and weight i am now really, i just want some muscle tone to come through and lose a bit of body fat through good nutrition and exercise.
My diet is still a struggle, im very carb sensitive and i find i am running out of appetising things to eat becuase i love my carbs, but i still have alot to learn.
Ill start posting progress pics when i can get up the courage to get infront of the camera for a full length shot!

i am the same way about the diet. i could live in the gym, but the dinner table kicks my butt!! good luck with your goals :0)
