Just got back from the big smoke! Had to drive 700km just to do it, but competed in a Corporate Triathlon and did well (well in my standards
i think i should have swam faster and ran faster and cycled faster but i can always doo another one!!
Now im looking for another one!

Had a Successful day today (i think), went and did my RPM class - 45 mins then drove home……still had a bit of energy and just had to get rid of it so went for a run, not a long one just 15mins but at a faster pace then i was thinking why not some weights. So then i hit the gym for 45 and then i was still buzzing decided to box for awhile. All of that for someone who couldn’t be bothered after work today!!!! If anyone says they cant be bothered just get your butt to the gym and try!
Im heading to perth this weekend for the Tri (as i have mentioned before) might check out a few supp stores at new products!!! exciting!!

Driving to Perth in a couple of days to participate in a Tri! Havent done one in a river………………..should be interesting! I should be out training at the moment but im feeling pretty sick so i cant be bothered! Need motivation!!

I had blood tests done today (just to make sure that i dont have a thyroid problem) - which means i didnt work out this monring - pissed me off a bit.
Now im about to drive 7 hours to get to my nearest city - Perth. Doing a RPM quarterly down there - should be awesome - a bit of excitment when it comes to teaching - maybe some new ideas!
Im entering a tri again and now ive got to start getting my butt into serious gear its not too far 400m swim/10km bike / 4km run - but the running side im a bit shit at. I can run with music but as soon as that goes away i just die.
My weight is staying the same at the moment - im going to have to load a current photo of myself to get some opinons on what i really need to work on. Ill try to do that next week!

Well, after gaining 2kgs this week i decided im going to see a doctor. I went in and told her everything im doing 15hour a week in exercise (HIIT for 6 hours of it) & 4 hours of resistence training - keeping my calories to 2000 per day and before that i had them restricted to 1200 per day and didnt lose any weight on either - She wants some blood tests done but she recons that there isnt anything wrong, that ive just got to a good weight for my body - nearly in the healthy weight range and for my build she doesnt think i need to lose more. I told her i wanted to lose another 5 kgs ( a little lie - i want alot more than that) and she looked at me like i was insane.
Whats up with docs?

Woke this morning for boot camp….5am! Im ususally up that early anyway, so i dont know why i felt like i really didnt want to be there. Maybe for the group thing. Didnt do too much of a workout as it was more measurements and that. Did the Beep Test. Was interesting cause i had improved heaps from my first ever boot camp about 18months ago. (still wasnt very good)
My work mates are talking me into going to the pub and im trying my hardest not to! Willpower!

Ive started to do a upper body/lower body workout 4 times a week. Is new, its weird but it feels o.k. I guess you need a bit of a break, mix things up.
I Had lower body today. Not feeling it yet though. Startng to feel like maybe i should have pushed myself alot harder……
Weighed myself again this morning (daily ritual) havent moved, i think i may chuck some post-it notes on it to say (DONT!) not today! It doenst have to happen that fast!
Now im bored and im trying to stop myself from going to the pub - cause that aint going to help the weight either.
