2 Weeks On
So its now been two weeks of eating healthier and exercising regularly i feel great ive lost 2 kg’s already but keeping it off not up and down each week..
The home gym thing is really working out, plus my regular jogs are keeping me striving to go better and run further in shorter periods of time.
I am hungrier though, all the working out is really making me want to eat more, but i feel if i eat too much my hard work will go to waste. The only adjustments are a few more carbs each week to try and cause a full sensation.
Ok well that’s about it for now hopefully in the next 2 weeks i can post pictures of some new results.
